This hotel stay was with a coach load of Probus Club members. It has to be said that we approached this stay with trepidation. I've just returned from a 5 day stay, it was very good all round. My room was comfortable and well furnished, the meals was well above the average for a *coach trip* and the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasant one. I hope to be able to return next year.

A very good experience, excellent value for money.Room was large and breakfast was good. Quite a good choice although first morning was slow because getting a coach part away seemed to take priority.Property is to be found halfway down steep hill to Carbis Bay beach next to train station which has regular trains to St Ives and Penzance.
