I stayed at the Mustard Tree for 2 nights. I was greeted by Anne who promptly offered me a drink as I'd driven 360 miles. She showed me to my room (4) which was a twin located on the ground floor. The room was modern and bright. There was an en-suite shower room with a very good power shower. The...

Home away from Home. Anne and John are wonderful hosts. The food is great and is sourced from local produce. Ideally located close to the Carbis bay beach and not too close to the tourist bustle of St. Ives. There are plenty of walking trails around the place.

My 11 year old son and I stayed at The Mustard Tree Guesthouse for two nights last week during May’s school half break. We both enjoyed this very friendly, cosy and inviting establishment. The guesthouse is very beautiful and has tastefully decorated. It also boasts very pretty gardens and some very nice plants and flowers. Our accommodation was very clean,...

What a beautiful Guest House. Located in a lovely quiet location. We stayed in room 8 which was tastefully decorated with en-suite and all of the little mod cons required. Our room also had a great view of Carbis Bay. Anne made us feel so at home and very welcome from arrival inviting us into the main lounge for a...

This B&B was an amazing find! We stayed 3 nights over Easter & couldn't have been made more welcome. We were offered tea in the lounge upon our arrival and Anne & John sat and shared their knowledge of the local area, also taking the time to get to know each of us. We were given a key so we...

Excellent location just 10 min walk from the Carbis Bay beach. Anne is an excellent host very helpful with her knowledge of the area and tips for small journeys around the area. Anne even bakes croissants for your breakfast if you wish to have some freshly baked croissant for the morning. I will definitely go back to St Ives and...

Fantastic location on top of the hill that leads down to Carbis Bay and from there a short 20minute coastal walk to St. Ives. Upon arrival we were met by Anne, very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. A selection of breakfast choices were available and...

My friend and I had travelled down to St. Ives for the first time. We booked a twin room at the mustard tree as the reviews on the whole were excellent. The B&B owners were warm, friendly and welcoming and happy to collect you from the station on arrival. The house is located in a quiet area, it does back...

Anne and John are a very friendly couple, peaceful, helpful and attentive to their differing guests needs. We had to go down to Carbis Bay for a funeral and booked this B&B last minute, we stayed 3 nights. We have no hesitation in recommending this guest house to anyone. Anne and John are very informative on their area and will...

I stayed here for prayer and contemplation. I did not know it was a Christian B&B when I booked but from the reviews. All the better for me. Anne and John are very hospitable. They are friendly but also respect clients privacy, they never impose. I stayed in room 6 which was perfect, a double bed, tv, wifi, en suite...
