We would like to give 0 stars. Absolutely not recommended, especially not with children - unfriendly - incompetent - not reliable and the absolute madness. When we arrived, the hosts did not know who we were and did not have the apartment we booked (2 bedrooms) free. We four (2E, 2K) got the double room with sofa bed and had to pay the same price as for the large apartment due to the children who were booked in. Dining table is only enough for two people indoors, luckily we had nice weather and space on the terrace. The worst experience we ever had - our son had a minor accident in his sleep on the second day. We wanted to report this honestly and ask for a new reference. However, we were not listened to at all, but the owners completely freaked out, shouted and romped, called us names and sent us to the laundry room with the laundry. Afterwards, the woman ran wildly into our apartment and took the mattress topper (which had numerous urine stains - not from us). We did not get any spare laundry for the rest of the stay (3 nights). So we had an unequal bed and no linen. The highlight was that the next day our son was praised for being afraid when he was smurfed and completely exposed. The whole thing was still topped that we had to pay another 50€ more for the cleaning and the new linen, which we did not get. For us and our son (self-worth) really a nightmare.

Wir waren 10 Tage hier und hatten das kleine Studio gemietet - kleines schönes Bad und Balkon - kleine Kochnische und Bett sowie TV .. das Studio liegt relativ ruhig in der Nähe vom Strand - die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und es gab einen gratis Wein aufs Zimmer - alles sehr sauber und jeden 2. Tag frisches Handtücher. Wir hatten einmal Kaffee verschüttet, und das Bett wurde direkt frisch überzogen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer bedacht dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Leider gab es keine Waschmaschine und keinen Toaster wie beschrieben, aber auf Anfrage hätten auch unsere Gastgeber uns hier ausgeholfen. Hier war nichts unmöglich. Rund um ein schöner romantische Urlaub mit einer romantischen Bucht und einen kleinen Fischerhafen der spielerisch in der Bucht liegt. Keine deutschen Programmen und das WLAN war nicht stabil aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Einfach genial!! Wir fahren schon seit 5 Jahren zu Ivo und Olga. Äußerst nette Gastgeber! Dieses Jahr bekamen wir ein riesiges Appartement im neuen Gebäude. 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, 3 Toiletten und 2 Terrassen mit Blick auf den Hafen von Sukosan. Nur ca. 100 m vom flach, abfallenden Strand und ca. 300 m vom Ortskern entfernt. Wir lieben dieses Appartement und fahren jedes Jahr immer wieder gerne hin!

We love Olga and her husband! They were amazing hosts! We were greeted immediately. We had a suite with a great view of the Adriatic and got complimentary wine! :) It is 15 mins away from the Zadar Airport and 15 mins away from downtown. Perfectly located and the neighborhood was safe and in a quiet, serene location. Definitely recommend!
