This residence is perfectly situated for me as Im working in Dundrum centre for a few weeks. When I look for accomodation I look for somewhere clean, secure, convenience of location and comfort - the IMI ticks all the boxes. Free wi-fi is a nice bonus!. Breakfast is a DIY buffet style in a mezzanine area, it suffices with cereal/grapefruit,...

The brochure on this hotel is quite misleading. The hotel definatly needs a total overhall. The outside badly need to be painted. The water area at the front needed to be cleaned out. On arrival which was after check in time, told that the room was not ready, had to leave luggage with receptionist as we didn't want to waste...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your resent review of the IMI Residence. I am disappointed to hear that our property did not live up to your expectations. A refurbishment of our bedrooms is planned for the new year, which has taken into account all feedback from our customers. I would be delighted, if on your next trip to Dublin, that...

Good points: low price, reasonable room, kettle, iron & ironing board Bad points: location - a bit out of the way, breakfast, overall a bit shabby I stayed for just one night as friends and family couldn't accommodate me. It was partly a test to see if it would be ok for me and my husband for future visits. However,...

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the IMI Residence. I am sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to your expectations. The Residence is only a 15 minute drive to the city centre and is easily accessible by Luas or bus. Our breakfast offering may not be to everyone's taste,...

A quiet retreat in peaceful surroundings not far from the south end of the Dublin motorway that runs around the city. Don't expect large hotel signs because it's part of the complex that also runs management courses all standing in extensive grounds. As a result there's more than one reception desk, so you may not find the hotel one first...

I stayed for one night recently hoping that I could make it a regular (weekly) choice for accommodation as it is convenient for business trips. It is reasonably priced, staff were friendly and helpful and common areas were clean. I did however get a disctinct stale/musty smell upon entering the building and even more so in the room I was...

Our group stayed at this hotel, and we didn't want to leave! Seeing the immaculate, big rooms and bathrooms upon our arrival, we knew that we were in for a wonderful stay. One of the quietest locations we stayed on our trip. Loved this hotel!

3rd time we have stayed and although no restaurant service the basic continental breakfast offers a good DIY meal. Rooms are far better than Travelodge type and its a good base for Dun-drum and Dublin city. Luas/tram stop nearby 20 min walk say Staff are very helpful and friendly

These are hotel rooms attached to a Management institute, No bar, No restuarant, No hotel atmosphere...that said its a total joy to stay here. The rooms are clean and fresh, the location is tranquil....leafy gardens in Dublins suberds. You are a 10 minute pleasant walk from Dundrum Shopping Centre, and the LUAS line.....this place is a hidden gem

I stayed at the IMI Residence recently, I agree with the others in saying that its a good value for money but it is definitely far out of the city and you'd need to drive to stay here. I'd been informed that it was 10mins from the Balally stop but it was actually a good 20-30min walk, all uphill and...
