What a relaxing haven with its lake view, forest surroundings, and surprise visits from grazing deer. The staff, both kind and welcoming; the food, both comforting and scrumptious; and the decor, both rich and cozy. Will always revisit this lovely place.
Although the exterior of the house needs attention, the welcome from the very friendly and efficient staff and the delicious food were excellent. It's a lovely old building full of character and charm, and a very welcome fire burning in the hall.
