We had a 10 night holiday here, arriving on 26th July. We are a family of 4, with 2 teenagers (aged 15 and 18). First mention must go the professionalism of all the staff, who worked very hard to make us feel safe during this COVID pandemic. As a Public Health Epidemiologist, I was very alert to the infection control procedures in place during the stay. I was very impressed, some of these measures included: Hand sanitiser everywhere; masks compulsory with a very good example set by all staff; lifts only to be used by 1 person/family at a time; all food served to you by the cook/chef, with plastic screens in place; all drinks served to you by waiting staff; booking system of gym/indoor pool with cleaning in between uses; social distancing of sun loungers; cleaning of chairs/tables in between uses. It was just really comforting to see how seriously the hotel had taken this, and had trained the staff well. The facilities within the hotel were good. We used the outdoor pool and gym mostly, we hired hotel bikes one day to cycle into Pollensa, and e bikes to cycle up the mountain. We also hired a boat one day, which was fun as the beach area is very sheltered. The beach (about a 2 min walk away) was lovely and sandy and felt fairly quiet. No problems in being able to social distance. Probably one of my most favourite beaches of all time. The food in the hotel was good, nice choice of foods (lots of fish, meat, salads, vegetables, pasta, pizza, fruits, desserts) which suited the fussy eaters in my family. We were on the all inclusive option, and enjoyed the selection of snacks and drinks in between the main meal times. The room was quite large. We requested an additional pillow each (they seem to come in soft and hard variety). I found the bed comfortable, and the shower worked well. They provided a hair dryer, mini fridge and shower gels/shampoos. There wasn't a kettle, but we had taken our own anyway. There wasn't any entertainment. The number of guests was quite low, I imagine it was a cost area they decided to cut for now. That didn't affect our enjoyment of the hotel, they got the food and infection control procedures right which was the main criteria for us this year. This is a place I would definately return to…
So sorry but I had a really bad stay. Am thinking they shouldn't have opened but seeing that they did the service should have been top notch. Not so. Not told anything at reception. Tour rep had to prompt them to even mention breakfast times _ which they didn't know! Got to my room - nothing - no kettle, no shower gell not even glass for tooth brush. Had to go down and ask for everything.fridge and tv didn't work and no hot water. Fell out of bed as mattress too big for bed base. Breakfast and lunch pitiful. No labels on dishes and lack of choice. Awful
Great hotel, staff are very freindly and helpful . Have been three times and will be returning again. Good room and the food is good and varied. Storeage of bikes that is seccured. close to sea with long walks for those who like walking.
Just got back from my first cycling trip to Mallorca, staying at the Cabot Pollensa Park. The hotel exceeded our expectations: really enjoyed the food - buffet with wide selection and chef cooking steaks, pork, fish, etc to order. Plenty to eat, great after a long day in the saddle. The rooms were comfortable, clean and of a reasonable size, slept well. The bike facilities were great, secure, with tools and cleaning facilities. And very importantly, the staff were so helpful and friendly - a home from home.
My first visit to Majorca and what a great hotel to stay at. Immaculately clean, fabulous staff, the food gets better by the day with delicious choices to suit all demanding tastes. The location is hypnotic with being surrounded by the mountains. Without request I had a room with a sea view and mountain view so I will be back again.
