We went there with a group to stay for 3 nights and I have to say that it wasn't a hotel for 4 stars! First of all the rug was super dirty with stains all over it. One of the 3 beds was like sleeping on wood. The wifi signal is terrible and super slow. The breakfast and the dinner are awful!!! There is no variety of food. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The hotel is located in the city center close to all the restaurants and coffee shops. The receptionist was very friendly and efficient. Rooms are good value for money and includes breakfast. The bed is very comfortable. I had a good sleep.

Very pleasant hotel to stay in. Location is great because it's in the direct city center! Since we were staying in January, I have to say that the room was very warm! Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the monument in the city square. As well, is very convenient for the smokers or just to get a bit of fresh air. The room amenities are good, however minus is the lack of iron in the room which I consider an essential, as well as the bottled water and the kettle for some coffee or tea in the morning. The room was cleaned every day and towels were changed regularly. There was no room service menu so you don't really know what can you order. Also they should have a room service 24/7. When ordering from the restaurant that is located at the top of the hotel(which is a part of room service) they are often busy and redirect you to the hotels cafe which I find a bit unprofessional. If there are any celebrations in the hotels restaurant, you can not even get the food or you will wait for it forever. Also, when there are celebrations in the restaurant, forget about resting and sleeping because the noise is huge. Minus for that as well. Wi-fi in the room was not that great, it was slow. Parking in the hotel is free however small. Even though is in the city center still do think the rooms are a bit overprized honestly. Staff is nice and welcoming, very pleasant! Overall, apart from the above things missing, which I mostly give for improvements, this is one of the best hotels to stay in Kraljevo!

I understand that in a small town like Kraljevo you dont have many choices but the owners of this hotel should try more to satisfy their quests. The carpet in the room was old and should have been replaced. The options in breakfast do not provide any variety and in case you are a vegan like my wife then there are not any options. Even the fruits that are cheap in Serbia were not provided in a number to satisfy their quests. When we asked more fruits during breakfast the personnel was very rude.

I was for one night there, check-in and service was very nice. Big minus is that they could not offer us twin beds, although we asked for them. The breakfast is very basic, which for the food-loving Serbia is strange. The hotel is clean, rooms are very good. Location of course is perfect, at the very center.

After staying at a perfect 4 star hotel in Belgrade, this was a great disappointment! They say they provide wifi in the rooms but I had no signal at all! I was given a single room that looked like a jail! No decoration, no frames, nothing.,.. just 4 empty walls! It was so depressing!! Carpet was dirty... bathroom was old..there were writings on the walls. The corner of the shower was black (check photos). Breakfast was very basic. The edges of the cheese cuts were hard... apparently they were used the previous morning! No hot chocolate and the worst of all no hot milk! Most of our group travellers were drinking their coffee cold!! I don't consider it a luxury to serve hot milk at a 4 star hotel! When our group, asked for it, they simply said there is no hot milk! No waiter during breakfast. When I needed to order something I had to knock the kitchen door and ask someone to come out and take the order! The cherry on the cake is that at this hotel you cannot have a shower whenever you want... simply because hot water is available occasionally. When I complained at the reception, the receptionist simply said "but we provided your group already with enough water"....she added "Please take your shower after dinner!!". Well, you can get your conclusions after all this. Definitely not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel!

This hotel only looks good in the pictures. I booked the hotel using Booking.com Check in was easy, I was given room #211 the last room at the bottom of the corridor. The problem is that the wifi signal doesn't even reach here let alone have a weak signal. I specifically requested parking and the lady at reception said there should be some space in the underground car park. I was shocked to discover the car park was literally a filthy basement they store odds and sods in (and customers park in). At the time of writing this review (0430) I still can't fall asleep. The beds are what I can describe as planks of wood with bedsheets on. The location is good, close to everything in KV. Ow my favourite part has to be the pack of condoms in the mini bar. 😂😉

Very central in the very noisy hart of the Kraljevo. And the music goes on day and night. The entrance is promising. But on all floors and in the rooms they have carpet floors that are really dirty. The windows hadn't been cleaned since ... The room was very smelly, a sewer problem that got worse during the night. Luckily they were so friendly to move us up one floor. On the third floor they have the better rooms, even with a closed balcony, so the noise completely disappeared. The breakfast was poor and for diner our group got two evenings the same food.

We did not want to be the guests of the hotel after the service that we had in the hotel cafe . Hotel has a fantastic location , however the service is such that you become nostalgic for quality. I will start with dirty tables, speakers which work and after 5 min do not work , and then making noise , menu on English is not available . Cup for short espresso had more coffee around the edges than in the cup, i got lemonade in the plastic glass! Toast was with salad that was bitter , club sandwich that my husband eat was falling apart with old potato which was served on the side, in this case it was only as a decoration because it wasn't eatable. The waiter as a waiter , is embedded throughout the environment , the more dissatisfied than satisfied. I'm very disappointed , I can imagine how are the rooms and services at the hotel. I must say that two years ago the service was on a much higher level and that management does not see very big failures .
