Stayed for just two nights on a business trip and liked the hotel very much. While checking in around 7:30 pm in the evening I conveyed my preference for local cuisine. To my pleasant surprise, after I reached my room, the chef called up and offered to prepare dinner as per my wish! I felt very special. Though I spent very less time in the hotel due to my official engagement, whatever time I was there I felt taken care of. My room had an excellent view. I requested for a packed breakfast as I checked out early to catch my flight. They packed a breakfast consisting of sandwitch, fruits and lots of bakery items. This was my first trip to Agartala and the service of the hotel far exceeded my expectation. Seems to be a new hotel. Hope they keep up the good job!

The staff is very friendly they are really welcoming. I have to also mention their food that they serve in the complementary breakfast is excellent. Their chef Biswajit bera is a real hero of flavour . Very happy to say I will always visit here .

Food was excellent. Housekeeping staff is courteous. Mr Biswajit Basak from restaurant is polite and and a good host. Overall a good experience. Keep it up 👍 and maintain it always. Only the pillows are too fluffy.

Amazing ambience and food.. Mr Biswajit was very polite and attended to all our needs patiently. Looking forward to visit again. Especially chipotle marinated grilled fish was very delicious. Enjoyed every bite.

Best hotel in Agartala . Rooms are nice and housekeeping is lovely .Food is good and breakfast spread has lots of choices for vegetarians .Pool was clean .Reception staff were helpful.In room dining menu was helpful .Buffet dinner was good at restaurant but looks like they can add some more variety.
