San Antonio Summer House is in the picturesque settlement of Piso Livadi, on the eastern side of the island of Paros. The small fishing port of Piso Livadi is located a couple of km south of Marpissa and 19 km south-east of Parikia. Piso Livadi used to be a calm little village but it has been transformed and intensely developed to attract tourists. This important holiday resort has many fish restaurants and cafes located on the waterfront. From this little port, daily trips for Naxos, Ios, Santorini and Small Cyclades are organized regularly. South of Piso Livadi one can find many superb beaches as the Golden Beach, considered as one of the best spots in the Mediterranean for slalom windsurfing. The big religious festivity of this little resort is the celebration of the Ascension Day, during which many happenings are organized, sea food and wine are served to the participants.

We had a room overlooking the pool and it had a sea view Good points Clean room with balcony which had a pull out clothes aired. Towels changed daily Good breakfast with tables inside and outside Very close to beaches, restaurants and bus stop The one negative point is the shower room. Although it was clean it does need updating This hotel is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as it is on a steep hill. There are a number of steps in the hotel

The location is very good but we were very disappointed in our room. We were in Room 2 and our booking said garden view which was not the case. It was a side street view and the entrance overlooked a small courtyard garden . We queried the garden view booked and was told by reception no rooms had a garden view ? Room 2 was very noisy in the morning as next to the kitchen area. Plus people going up and down the stairs in the evening. One of the bedside tables was missing at it was used to stand the fridge on, so not happy with that. We stayed 3 nights and was expensive compared to other accommodation we'd stayed at in Parikia & Naxos. There was only 6 pool chairs and 3 umbrellas which was not enough for the number of room. Breakfast was good. Overall not what we expected from photos and our booking.

We booked this for our stay in Piso Livadi, first time there. Previous locations on Naxos, paros and Santorini were great, but this place is awful. The rooms are very small with a bed that might as well not be there, to say it was uncomfortable wouldn't adequately describe it. Bathroom, very poor, dripping taps and a shower that didnt have a wall mounting. Like something from 50 years ago. Look elsewhere for your accommodation in this lovely village. As far as their website photos, this ace has been photographed to make it look good, take from me it's all window dressing. This is essentially hostel accommodation, not a hotel

We booked in feb 2021 having viewed the enticing pictures on Expedia. On arrival we found they were far removed from reality. On arrival we were sat down for 15 minutes whilst the manager explained the Covid rules. This included the fact that our breakfasts would be brought to our room because of Covid. We were then shown to our room. This was like going back 40 years to the 1st time we went to Greece. To say it was basic was an understatement. Curtains barely hanging on rails, broken wardrobe doors, a tiny bathroom with a huge hole in the ceiling revealing the sky outside. There was an overriding smell of damp, or dirty mop bucket water, it was that bad. We explained that this was not as it said on the website and the manager apologised and urged us to take the room anyway. We refused and asked for another only to be shown another room that had not been used for a week but also had not been cleaned in that time, with unmade beds from the previous occupants and a terrible smell coming from the bathroom, despite the fact that the windows were open wide , it was very off putting. We declined and asked for our money back. The manager then added that the cleaners had not been working and that most of the rooms are not ready, but if we waited for them to return at 10pm the room would be cleaned. We declined and we’re shown a 3rd room adjacent to the pool. Which is when we discovered that the sea ‘views’ pictures from the pool are obscured by 30ft buildings immediately adjacent to it. To get to the pool you have to walk out of the hotel and along the street. The sun beds are old and manky, and there was only 4 of them. The room we were then shown was equally as squalid and again we declined the offer and asked for a refund. The manager said he would ask his boss and rang him while we deliberated in what to do. On deciding to leave we where told we could not have a refund (£175) and we’re so disgusted with the whole experience that we decided to pick up our bags and leave. There was no offer of alternative accommodation so we used the hotel WiFi to book another hotel in nearby Naoussa, a much bigger, better resort. The next day the manager emailed us to say we could have had a stay at their sister hotel, Mr & Mrs White, near Naoussa, with the same deposit. But it was too late by then. All in all a sour experience and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel one bit, steer clear.

The only positive about our stay has been the host. He really made an effort taking care of things and making sure we had a good time, therefore the 1 star. The room itself isn't really worth any stars. I have never slept in a bed as bad as this one. It feels like you're sleeping on the floor. The superior room is extremely small. The bathroom drainage got stuck which made our bathroom flood and made everything smell like a sewer. Luckily the host fixed this. The pool really needs to be cleaned, alot of filth and algea inside the pool. They still use the old pictures which are not up to date and they make everything appear much bigger. The pool HAD a nice view. This is now blocked by a giant wall from a new building next door.

First time staying here although been to Piso Livadi many times! San Antonio Summer House is a great place to stay at! Very well located and easy to access! It is run with absolute professionalism, warmth and passion by the manager - Panagiotis!! He is super welcoming, helpful and just a great guy! The rooms are spotless, neat and perfect for your stay! The breakfast buffet is perfect for your holiday too! The area is quiet and relaxed! Easy to get to all the cafes, bars and restaurants within a 2 minute walk. Logaras beach is reachable in a few minutes walk. The bus stop is also not far! We loved our stay at will definitely return!

This hotel and area is definitely on the list to return to. Lovely location only 2 minutes walk from the sea. Very quiet. Nice pool area which wasn’t used by many as most people go to the beach. So we never had any problem getting a bed. We stayed in a studio room which was very clean and spacious. Room 103 - it had 2 balcony areas which was lovely. Breakfast was nice and the very helpful manager even went to the trouble of getting me gluten free biscuits and some bread. Looking forward to returning sometime .

We have spent 8 nights in San Antonio Summer House. We were two couples and we stayed in a studio for a family, just with one room and a double bed in the common area. Despite this, we have been really comfortable and there's room enough for have lunch in the balcony. The Manager of the hotel help us with everything with the aim of providing us a beautiful stay. The service is kind and helpfull. The studios are clean, the swimming pool is perfect and the breakfast included has a good diversity of food. Just the coffee is not very good if you are used to expresso machines. Location of the place is very good right in the center of Piso Livadi, next to everything.
