It was our last night staying in the city of Chihuahua and they sure left the best impression going to great customer service to great complimentary breakfast and great beds. We left something valuable in our room and they retrieved it and sent it back to us in the states.

I thought it was a good hotel, it looks good on the outside, I thought the low price was for promotion and not for low quality. The check-in person did not seem to want to be there. The rooms are puy small and the floor and the shower doors were dirty.

From check in to check out staff did all they could to help. The grounds are safe and well kept. Breakfast was very good in the morning. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. The hotel is out of the way, but is an excellent choice if you are trying to save a few dollars and still want quality...

We got to the hotel and there was no light, no elevators, etc. The hotel is just next to a highway and the 'view' for double bedrooms is completely obstructed and there is quite a lot of noise. In the description it says that it's 15 mins from everywhere, but we learned that in chihuahua this means its in the...

Average to Good Hotel, with a great rate, however as they say you get what you pay for, if traveling in a budget, I recommend it, but if you can afford an extra $30 USD then maybe look for something better. The bed was decent but the pillows were so flat and lifeless, my wife said I should ask for...

First, our 5 week old reservation was not honored. A substitute room was discounted for us. Super road noise and corridor noise. Breakfast was okay, but never again. While room was clean, it was sparsely supplied.

the service at the reception is one of the best I have experienced so far. My friend and I wanted to go to Creel by bus, and the lady at the reception called several bus companies to find one that offered the service. We found out that the next one was leaving in 20 minutes, so while we went to...

Copper Canyon is our only choice of Hotel when we stay in Chihuahua. We just stayed for 10 nights and loved it. Great place and always feel safe. Polite and friendly staff every time. Breakfast is wonderful and so is ordering from the menu for a late night burger :) Keep up the good work and look forward to our...

Its location makes it ideal, if you're looking for an affordable yet decent place to spend the night and you're making your way out-of-town next morning. It did not exceed my expectations, but it did meet them. I recommend you don't pay for dinner there, as it is not only overpriced, but also not the best. You'd be better off...
