Dugium is a little hard to find, but worth the effort! This 17th century house was lovingly renovated in 2000. Everything is exceptionally clean and well-maintained. There is a perfectly manicured garden in the back with a fountain. Ernesto, the owner, doesn't speak English, but with the translation app on our phones we were able to communicate easily. Breakfast is...

This bed and breakfast place is a true taste of rural Spain. Absolutely loved it. The room was decorated in traditional rural style and the old shutters opened to give fabulous views over the countryside. The property has been lovingly restored, while keeping true to its roots. The library area downstairs has some amazing photos and maps to look at....

Thoughtfully and very functionally renovated and impeccably maintained old house in a very quiet village area providing for a wonderful rustic atmosphere, yet providing all necessary amenities for the traveler (spacious and newly furnished bathroom, ample number of electricity plugs, private parking ...). The cozy and relaxing atmosphere goes beyond the room - common area with extensive library and lovely...

Even though it's a hike outside of Finisterre, Dugium is a lovely place to stay. We stayed for a couple nights after finishing the Camino from Roncesvalles, and Dugium was a quiet oasis where we could simply rest, read, and take in the sun on the terrace. Host Ernesto was very welcoming, and picked us up and dropped us off...

We spent an evening here with new friends and family, whilst preparing for a wedding in the forthcoming days. I was blown away by how beautiful this location miles. Far enough away from the main road to be remote, but close enough to not be so far away that you feel cut off. Our family evening here was so delightful,...

Wonderfully renovated stone farmhouse 5Km from Finisterre. Antonio manages the hotel - he is Spanish but born and raised in London so is bilingual. The breakfast in the garden looking across fields to the coast is worth the visit alone. I have been is Spain five weeks and this was one of my favorite places to stay and probably the...

A wonderful place to relax. Comfortable, peaceful, and very relaxing. Just the place to unwind and savour the beautiful surroundings and scenery of this area of Gallicia. The host has a very good knowledge of the local area and gave us great assistance in planning our trips and had a range of brochures which were most informative. The breakfast buffet...

I do, do recommend this place. I was travelling with my father and sister in Galicia. I dreamt to spend a night in Finniesterae by the beach, but in August everything had been already booked. Then I decided to choose something at least authentic, and suddenly found this house. It seemed to be situated a bit far from the ocean,...

Stayed here for a week from 17th - 24th September, having finished the Camino and used it as a base to explore the beautiful Cote de Morte!!! What a great choice, the house has been lovingly restored by its owner with such great attention to detail, it is homely, tasteful, relaxing and completely in keeping with the history and culture...
