The front desk staff Jennifer and Dazerene were very kind cordial and helpful. Jennifer whom I had made my reservation with went beyond the call of duty to make sure that we were comfortable and the rooms were ready. The two breakfast waiters who worked June 17 - 23 were very pleasant and helpful. Loved the landscaping. The breakfast buffet...

This is a beautiful hotel located in the City of San- Fernando. Long story short, I went to the Hotel because I was very familiar with the surroundings and I felt it was appropriate to sit with a friend and chat for a few minutes at the Bar. Unfortunately Gemma ensured that our short visit was ruined in every possible...

This is an average hotel for tourist but I used it for one night in my business trip. It offers a good restaurant, an excellent wifi (better than bigger hotels in the same region), a nice pool and the rooms are clean and with a good air conditioner. It have a Caribbean-vintage design so you cannot expect a five seasons...

I traveled with my husband to a conference and we stayed for several days. The hotel staff accommodated our group beautifully and worked hard to make our stay pleasant. This is a far cry from mid-range American chain hotels, but compares nicely to other stays I've had abroad, especially in developing nations. Continental breakfast was included in our stay and...

Located on a busy street, once you are inside, it feels like a trip to times past, when everything was calmer and softer. The social areas of this hotel resemble a prosperous plantation house (this property was one originally), the rooms are distributed throughout the property in blocks, some of them surrounding the pool. Rooms are spacious and well appointed....

This is horrible place. Unfortunately had to stay for a night. Though it may look vintage from outside, its rusty and nasty from inside. Rooms will remind you of cheapest motel you may have ever seen. When you open water taps, rusty water will flo0w for first few seconds. I would highly recommend NOT to stay here and rather commute...

We booked this hotel as it was everything we needed as we were visiting family in Trinidad & San Fernando is central. We particularly liked the fact that there was a pool where we could relax & it was one of the main reasons for booking this Hotel. We were extremely disappointed to be told just the day before our...

While one of the few hotels in San Fernando, it is tired and needs a lot of maintenance. WiFi did not work and no one seemed to care. Rooms are low-end basic. It is clean though. The showers had only Luke warm water and the toilets hard to flush.

This hotel isn't that bad but it can be a lot better. The grounds are in need of improvement and the rooms could do with a little updating. The service is lukewarm, where some staff are nice, more so the waitresses and some it's like flipping a coin, you never know what you'll get, the front desk staff. The ribs...

Spent 6 days at this hotel recently. It a nice old world colonial charm about it. There is a very nice pavillion restaurant,. The food is pretty good. The hotel bedrooms are basic with old free standing furniture but comfortable. A nice little pool surrounded by garden. The staff are very friendly. There is security on hand at night and...
