Stopped for lunch but just ended up having a few drinks. Sat and just enjoyed the view. The hummingbirds were fun to watch and so were the "tree balls". If you're wondering what tree balls are, go see for yourself.

I've actually come back to my previous post to make an addition. I say it below, but I want to take a moment to highlight the fact that my teenage children loved Toad Hall. Hanging out there was one of the highlights of being in Arenal and the rain forest. It was a great place to decompress after the days...

Ordered steak burrito with sides. All i got was a rice burrito with a tiny amount of chicken and no sides. She said they were out of sides then i found a chicken bone and almost broke my tooth . When I complained she shrugged it off and lied by saying she would discount me but she didnt. They made...

We stopped to grab some food on our way back to our hotel. So glad we did .. the tacos were amazing. We also had a chance to talk the owners while they prepared the food. They were so fun to chat with. The food was amazing ... and we loved the fried ice cream. Don't miss this memorable food,...

We stopped in for the kayaks and stayed for lunch. We'll definitely be back...hopefully, we can stay for a few nights next time. The view is amazing, staff very welcoming, and food (fish tacos and burrito) was out of this world.

This place is absolutely AWESOME. Wish we had known about it before we booked our trip because this would have been way better than where we did stay. The food was great. The staff was super friendly and the view was breathtaking. Definitely staying here next time we are in Costa Rica.

After we left, we got a flat tire but Andres came out and helped fix the tire for us! They're so wonderful! 15/10 would...

Where to start; my husband and I stayed at Toad Hall Hotel, on Feb 6 till the 8th, we spent 3 wonderful days at this Hotel. The moment we entered the door, we fell in love with the amazing view. We had just stopped to ask for the nearest gas station, but after a quick visit of the place we...

My wife and I prefer the more authentic and intimate stays over the crowded resort hustle... These guys exceeded our expectations and raised the bar! Great family run staff makes you feel like one of their own. Felt like I was living in a luxury treehouse and I'll have to live with the fact that I may never eat like...
