It's our 4th visit through our RCI timeshare at Sandy Point. Great resort for a quiet visit with family and do absolutely nothing. Check-in was good but although we were promised a semi Ocean view room it did not happen because of the long Diwali weekend where the majority of Trinidadians head out to Tobago. We got Room 122- a... More

Sandy Point is in my home country of Trinidad and Tobago and it's a definite MUST. The amenities are great, especially the way they have kept the place idyllic yet modern. The whirlpool with the big tree over and "around" it is an amazing plus. The local culture and cuisine .......to experience for sure. All the other activities close by....argyle falls.pigeon... My visit was in August 2016. We arrived late at night the security guard Brendon ushered us in an directed us to our room and even bought us refreshments to relieve our thirst. The room was clean and fresh even the kitchen was immaculate. My husband and I were in room 103 which allowed an easy access to the front... More

My husband, I and daughter visited the club as part of our timeshare and we walked in on one of the Managers screaming at the staff. He did not stop even though we were standing right there and the staff members looked demeaned. That look was quite prevalent in all of the workers and it was definitely reflected in the... More

Check in at Sandy Point Beach Club was abysmal at best. Our stay was from July 8 – 15 by an RCI exchange for a 1 bedroom. It took an hour standing in the hot sun to get done, it was around 100F. We were the first in line and at least 5 families were checked in before us. No... More

Stayed at Sandy Point a number of times. It's a really nice 3 Star resort to stay for a if you're on a budget. The rooms are dated and can definitely use an upgrade, however the gorgeous tropical beach front property makes you forget about it. I mean, you're on a beautiful island im paradise. The last thing you wanna... More

My Church group of approximately 45 persons came at the R&C Taste of de Caribbean Café that is located on the compound for a brunch and they really enjoyed themselves. They said the food was great and they will return again. Nice venue in a lovely location next to the sea. Nice view of the airplanes coming in. Thumbs up... More

We go to Sandy Point regularly as we have our time shares there. The highlight of our visit is to sit on the jetty early morning to have coffee. If you are an early riser you will have to make your own coffee, otherwise the resort provides coffee from about 7.00 am. But what really make my day is to... More

Oceanfront resort where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, relaxing moments, and a great beachfront bar. Hammocks hang from trees oceanfront, staff was very helpful and friendly....this place is perfection for a laid back, very relaxing vacation.
