Questionable ethics by Muchiri's Resort Ndakaini
I made a booking at Muchiri's Resort Ndakaini last week, after they confirmed they have a cottage available for the weekend of 5th October 2018. Today, they told me my booking is not confirmed, and will refund the deposit I had made. When I pressed them, they confessed that they got a block booking for all their cottages. I'm deeply disappointed, and would urge anyone considering staying at this place to think twice. I don't even expect them to refund the deposit, given their conduct.
