We got transferred to this premier inn as one I originally booked hadn't finished being built, we arrived in the evening the receptionist was very helpful and eventually sorted the booking for us as it had been amended wasn't as straight forward as normal , when we got to our rooms I was abit surprised there was no bath but...

A typical premier inn. A clean room with a shower. Large double bed. Friendly cheerful staff who are willing to help and rectify any mistakes that had been made. There is a Beef Eater pub next door easy access to the A48 that links with the M4. Plenty of parking. The WiFi was good. A large flat screen TV in...

We have stayed here several times and each time we have received a very warm welcome from the staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the meal deal for dinner and breakfast at the adjacent Coach and Horses is very good. This is a good value for money hotel.

Have stayed here several times before and each time the service and quality are excellent. I travelled alone but felt very safe. Good on site parking, friendly staff, great transport links. The room was clean and comfortable as always, I had a problem with noisy occupants in the next room but the receptionist was very understanding and did offer to...

Room was great, I would guess fairly recently refurbished. Location was fine for either Cardiff or Newport. One of the quietest hotels we have ever stayed in, beds were very comfy too! Beefeater next door, although we did not use it.

Great service and nice food, highly recommended. It's a little bit out of town but only 20minutes by car so not to bad. Plenty of parking spaces for cars and vans and the Beefeater restaurant is very reasonably priced with excellent service.

we have use this Premier Inn many times and have always been very satisfied with all aspects of it whether the hotel or the Beefeater Coach and Horses. Food is good and a wide choice. Breakfast too is good - the meal deal is good value.

This is a perfect base to explore Cardiff from if you prefer an out of town location. Routes into the City or Bay are very easy by car - or there is the opportunity to use the Park and Ride options. The hotel is quite small and quiet, with plenty of parking. The nearby pub provides the usual food and...

Premier Inn now refurbished. Meals available, including breakfast, across courtyard. It is a great location if you wish to visit Cardiff or Newport for whatever reason. Very proximate to M4 junction 28.

The only issue was the room size. We have stayed at several Premier Inn hotels in recent years and would say that the rooms, and bathroom in particular, were smaller than average. With 2 adults and a teenager in one room we found it crampted to say the least with insufficient hanging space for clothes for our 3 night stay....
