I stayed here for 4 nights on a solo trip for diving.
When I go diving, I usually stay at a condominium that meets these criteria: a washer/dryer in the room, a bathtub, and a balcony for drying equipment, or a hotel with a dedicated equipment washing and drying area, but I was able to book this hotel for the same price or less than a condominium, so I tried it for the first time.
I knew about this hotel before because American Village is one of my favorite spots to visit when I come to the main island of Okinawa, but being located in a corner of American Village was more comfortable than I expected.
The multi-story parking lot is free and you can enter and exit as you like, there is a convenience store, and there is a bathtub and a balcony, so you can dry your equipment even for diving, so there is no problem.
If there was a washer and dryer in the room, I would have no complaints, but I was glad that I could check the availability of the coin laundry on the TV in the room, so I didn't have to go to the laundry in vain.
Since diving is early in the morning, I only had breakfast on the day I checked out, but I felt that the menu was so extensive that I wouldn't get bored even if I went there every day.
As is typical of Okinawa, at night the roaring cars and motorbikes can be quite loud, but I think it's much better than along R58.
Overall, it was a luxurious and comfortable stay that you can't get in a condominium, especially the view from the rooftop pool bar and the fireworks on Saturday.
I'd like to return, depending on the price.

While the hotel is new and in a great tourist location....
For the price you pay it is absolutely annoying that the pool use is NOT included! Such an important amenity for many travelers traveling to Okinawa and the hotel is gonna uncharge your stay which you already paid a steep price for to swim in a pool which 99% of other reputable hotels already include.
Breakfast was pricey. 2,500+ YEN per person and the options were not up to par. So sad.

Rooms in the Premier building are also drawn from natural hot springs and are equipped with washing machines with dryers. Also, because it is located in the American Village, there are many restaurants in the area, so you can enjoy it for a long stay. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of Okinawan specialties, so it's nice.

PROS
—Big and busy hotel located in American Village and just a few minutes leisurely walk to the waterfront. The hotel is also directly connected to a Lawsons. You can conveniently get to/from the hotel and airport with the airport limousine bus
—We booked a Superior room in the main building which appeared new and was spacious. There were lots of sockets, light options, and hooks. Overall a good layout and functional design
—The breakfast buffet was huge with lots of variety; many different Asian cuisines, Western food, salads, desserts, and even a little vegan corner. Breakfast staff were excellent and so service-minded
CONS
—There’s a fee for accessing the pool each day which is kind of ridiculous
—Although we had a mostly quiet stay, the walls did feel fragile as it would shake if someone on the other side banged against it
—Since the breakfast buffet is so busy, requiring guests to wear a mask while grabbing food might be the way to go. Unfortunately, we witnessed many guests sneezing and coughing all over the food
—We also had an encounter with a front desk employee which left us unimpressed. She spoke fluent English (short, tan, looked older than the rest) but was completely nonchalant and rude, lacking all typical Japanese manners. No hello, no smile, no nothing. When we said goodbye and thank you, she didn’t even respond and her colleague had to respond for her. Also randomly heard from another guest who had the same experience with this individual which is such a shame

Our family of 3 stayed in Lequ. The hotel is relatively new so everything was clean and modern. What we enjoyed most was the rooftop swimming pool which had amazing sunset views. The fee to the swimming pool wasn't included in the hotel tariff but it didn't bother us as we didn't plan to swim when we booked the hotel. However it was such a hot summer day that we decided to skip strolling/shopping around Chatan and go swimming instead. Parking was free for guests and there is a parking block next to the hotel which was super convenient. Definitely would stay in Lequ if we visit Chatan again!

The location, cleanliness of the rooms, and price are very good. However, when I checked in, a foreign staff member with a slightly shaky Japanese was there, even though there were no other guests. It was clear that communication was not smooth, but the Japanese staff member beside me was chatty, and the hotel facilities guide and other instructions given by the foreign staff member were in English. Then, one day after checking out, I realized that I had left my medicine, and when I called to inquire, they said they couldn't find it. Given the circumstances, I couldn't think of anything other than having left it in the room, and judging from the appearance of the medicine, I think it was thrown away. (Other people's reviews also said that forgotten items were not found...) You need to be more careful about leaving things behind than you would at other hotels.

It was a really, really great hotel!!
The location is right next to American Village, so it was great to be able to walk to places to eat and drink.
The large communal bath on the top floor was also great,
and the rooms were spacious and very nice.
There's also a coin laundry, so it's very convenient!
I run the washing machine before my morning bath, and when I get out the bath it's done, so I only need to wash a few clothes!
The only thing that was disappointing was that the pool was an extra charge. Other than that I have no complaints!
I'd love to use it again!!

The location was very good. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious.
I stayed in the premium building, which had a washing machine so I could do my laundry every day, which was great.
There are two disappointing points. The first is that it was hard to find the parking lot. It may be difficult to find from a scenic perspective, but I wish they would make it easier to find. The second is that the premium building is in the annex, and the ground was very uneven to get there, so it was hard to pull a carry-on bag and it was difficult to get to the building. I wish there was an easier route to carry it.

It was the worst hotel in history, with a young lady on the front desk complaining that the hotel room sounded like it was being drilled and was awful, but she couldn't understand anything. I definitely wouldn't recommend it!
It was an incredible level of hotel, with the equipment work going on until 17:00 and the front desk not knowing about it.
The hotel's reply to the complaint also said that everyone has their own sense of noise and that it was essential to guide guests.
Does everyone have a different sense of noise? Making a blast like roadworks? responsible person answers at this level.
The worst thing to do if you have any trouble is to stay here prepared.
Finally, I should add that there was not a word of apology at the check-out. (I think it was the young female staff member who was poking around.)

I liked Chatan and stayed two nights in a row. I chose this one because it's a hotel I haven't stayed at before. (I was staying at the Hilton in June of that year, and I was also interested in this hotel across the street.)
The flashy coloring is impressive.
The Premier Building is away from the main building but has a calm atmosphere.
It's not a drawback because the website also says a caution, but you can't see the view of the sea side.
The walkway between the parking lot and the Premier building was uneven (not because it was rough and bumpy, but because of paving stones) and I had difficulty moving the trunk with casters. I think it will be useful to make a flat part even if it is about 50 cm wide.
The couch sofa in the room seems to be relaxing when staying long.
