We stayed in the largest apartment for three families. Photos look much more attractive than reality. Even so, I am satisfied with the facility - very large living room and dining room, an open kitchen with all appliances and cutlery. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided free of charge.
The scenery is great - a panoramic sea view. The beach and basketball field are at the doorstep. This serviced apartment is located along a waterfront promenade. I guess it leads all the way to the American Village. I saw people run, jog, walk or cycle along the promenade. It's very relaxing!
There is one funny thing about the facility of this serviced apartment. A jacuzzi is provided in the balcony. However, there is no blind for the jacuzzi. While it's a good idea to enjoy the jacuzzi, and the scenic sea view and starry sky at the same time, we adults do not like the jacuzzi as we are pretty sure people downstairs or in the next building can see us naked. In the end, only our children could enjoy jacuzzi baths and massage!

I stayed here 27-29 April 2014. This is a nice condo-hotel with great value for your money. Especially the staff is very kind and helpful. He drive us to the airport on the day that we departed with no extra charge. Thank you very much. This is a place that I will suggest for my friends to stay . The room is clean and full equipped. Kitchen and laundry equip are available, I surprisingly found washing machine and dryer that are very useful.

These self catering apartments are perfectly located with lovely sea views and easy access to the beach. Ours was spacious, clean and simply furnished but had all the facilities we needed - fridge, freezer, washing machine, seperate drier plus a real bonus - a hot tub on the balcony. With plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, plus a large supermarket within walking distance it was the perfect place to stay. Also there was free bicycle hire so you could have an enjoyable ride out and it is within walking distance of the American Village. Staff were always friendly and helpful as you would expect. . Only down side was the swimming pool was closed so I swam in the Sea. There was also a lovely chapel on the roof which would be perfect for weddings.

お正月に毎年利用します。長期で2週間借りたり、2人～８人までの部屋がそろっています。 全室ベランダにジャグジーがあり、夕日と海を一日中眺めれます。場所は５８号線から一本海側に入った道沿いにあり、近くにはスーパーモリという地元でご用達の店があります。徒歩圏内にバーやレストランもたくさんあります。部屋がとてもシンプルで好きです。コーヒーメーカー、炊飯器、洗濯機、乾燥機とすべてそろっており、プチ移住もできます。 this hotel is just perfect for me. i visit every new years holiday. there are many kinds of restaurants and bars. there is a super market called "Mori" , too! the staffs are all well trained. but be careful, this is not a hotel ,. this is a condominium. there in no special service. if you feel like staying at your own room, you should stay at this condo. i really love the view from the balcony. the sunset is fantastic!!

I'm a solo traveler and i got a condo size room, which was like an apartment size. Not too big, not small at all, great facilities. Note that they don't clean your rooms during your stay, but there's a stove area, microwave, washing and drying machine, fridge, water boiler, towels and all. It's a lot of space for one person, would be great for couples or small families I reckon. There was a jacuzzi in the balcony and trust me it's great, however was definitely too cold while I was staying there so never got to use it. Great view from the balcony though.
Staff were very nice, though language could be a tiny issue, still, they try their best to assist, everything went smoothly during check-ins. One thing I'd recommend is try to check in during the day if you weren't driving. I took a bus from Naha airport during the early evening and arrived at dusk (630-730pm) and was kind of dark to walk from where you get off and to this resort, was a bit scary for a solo female traveler, but it's okay I made it! Safe and sound!
Highly recommend this place, If i'm back in Cha-tan, i'd probably recommend this place, Close to most things especially if you had a car, and I liked that I didn't live too close to the American village (phew).
Note, cabs aren't that expensive in the area too so if you needed to cab to the car rental place, go ahead!
One downside is that the corridors as you walk out of the lift is quite old and rusty, the doors are too, but as soon as you walk into the room it's like a whole new world. Can probably stay there for more than 2 nights, wouldn't mind longer at all!

Perfect location and great view of the sea. Grocery store, restaurants, and wine store within walking distance. Also, easy access to highway. About 100km to Cape Hedo and convenient to other sights. The American Village is only a stones throw away, 3 minutes by car.

Nice staff, free car parking, warm and family feel room with self kitchen and full cooking facilities, Beach and good sunset view, only Japanese style room need to improve the pillows size, mattress, cotton sheeting need to improve cleaning

it's value for money! just cost me around 8800 yen per night for 2 ppls studio room and they upgraded us to a super big 1 bedroom apartment in the top floor, have a very nice view. unluckily, it's heavy rain.
have a jacuzzi in the balcony, room size is very big compare with the other hotel in Japan.
they arranged a fixed parking lot to us it closed the our building and it's free of charge!
we reserved this hotel thur japanese website, we've got free BKF "bindon", they asked me which time to deliver the BKF to me is better, and they gave us next day morning on time to our room.
the staff can speak basic english, it's very nice. maybe this is the area of Chatan near American Village.

The apartments in the Beachside Condominium are very impressive (they are better equipped than the place I used to live in in Okinawa!). My room had a kitchen with a washing machine and a drier and good cooking facilities (by Japanese standards). It was spacious with a dining area, a sofa, twin beds, and possibly the best feature of all, a jacuzzi bath on the balcony! The location of the building is great, right on the beachfront so the views from the balcony are amazing. I certainly didn't have any problems locating the place as it is the tallest building around! It was also nice to have a parking space and not to have to worry about where to leave the car. Everything I needed was provided (including washing powder!) and my only criticism would be about the bathroom - it was a wet room which which meant that you couldn't get dressed in there after a shower and there was no mirror for shaving. I would highly recommend the Beachside Condominium and am quite sure that I will be back.

This is somewhere between a hotel and a serviced apartment. I was very pleasantly surpriced. Clean, large, new room. Good beds. Ocean view. Very friendly staff. Good location. It even had a jacuzzi on the balcony! Only thing lacking was furniture on the balcony. And beware: they have English speaking staff, but not all of them are. All in all very highly recommended!

If you are traveling with 3 or 4 people, I think taxi might be easy and cheaper.
