We stayed in La’gent Hotel for 3 nights. We traveled many locations in Japan and here was the last destination for chilling with nice weather. Hotel is on very good location. You can visit everywhere around by walk. Nice restaurants and good places for shopping in American Village. Rooms are so comfortable you can definitely feel like at home! We were checked in by Machida. It was completely smooth one! She did her best to give nice room for us! Thanks to her first impression was perfect! We really appreciated her job! During stay Cameron helped us whenever we had any question or needed anything. Thanks to him we well informed about around. Upon check out we got letter from Machida it was amazing thoughtful gesture from her side! She gave us definitely amazing souvenir and good memory about Okinawa and hotel!! Hotel is so lucky to have her!! We really thank her so much!!
Only one problem we faced which was in Ally’s restaurant! When we wanted to have breakfast and even we had still time they didn’t allow us to enter the restaurant. Which was not helpful and nice at all!
I do definitely recommend this lovely hotel with lovely staff!!

Very reasonably priced, clean and modern hotel in American Village. The room was a bit small for the two of us and our 1-year-old. Would need a family room next time. But would be ideal for couples. Buffet breakfast was fresh and delicious. The only downside was we were getting second-hand cigarette smoke coming through our air conditioning from the guest next door who was smoking on his balcony. This was pretty disgusting.

Stayed here in December 2019 during a family trip. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the American Village. Rooms are clean and spacious; it was great that they have baby cribs available for my little one. There are several restaurants and café nearby which I didn't have to walk all the way the American Village for most of the time. Last but not least, the staff at the reception are very friendly which makes my experience a pleasant one.

Stayed here for 1 night only they have free parking service here and opposite there're few restaurants and within 10 minutes there are also cafes and drugstores.
The rooms are just nice for 2 persons and clean. The rate are reasonable and an alternative choice for guests who wanted to stay near to Hilton Okinawa Chatan.
Fast food chains like KFC, A&W and Mcdonald is within walking distance.
In the lobby area, they also provide guests to help themselves with toiletries, instant coffee etc.

I know most people would be concern about typical hotel rooms where you have bad experience with space. Not for La’gent Okinawa! Rooms are absolutely stunningly spacious, comes with a balcony facing the sea, a bathtub (yes you hear me! It’s bathtub!) and traditional a Japanese shower area on one side while the other side in a separate cubicle the WC. This allows your friends who share the same room with you can use the toilet bowl in privacy while your friend is in a shower.
Electrical point is two pins (non-international) socket but they provided USB power by the bed board for your convenience. A mini fridge and a small mini pantry corner for your tea/coffee brewing. Water bottle or mineral water is not provided but at your convenience vending machines with variety of drinks are easily available along the corridor. Self-service Coin-operating Laundry is available too, so as Ice dispensary for your chilled drinks.
Basic toiletries are provided including tooth paste and tooth brushes, comb and shavers. Moisturizers are not provided but you can always walk to Family Mart which is just 100m away.
Room generally clean and spacious unlike most Japanese hotels I stayed, you can still keep your luggage wide open while having plenty of walking space.

The hotel is situated just next to the American Village (a short walk will take you there, or you can take the free tuk tuk service). The personnel are friendly, but English comes easier for some of them than others. However, they will always try to help you and be at your service for whatever you need. The room is very clean, modern and spacious. It features a large balcony facing seawards, which is perfect to relax. The bed is quite large and the headboard contains usb ports and power plugs for easy charging. It is, however, quite hard (the Japanese way, as expected in Japan) and was a bit too hard for our taste. But the staff provided us with some extra duvets to sleep softer. The bathroom is great and contains all amenities you could need (and if they are not sufficient, you can get more in the lobby). One small drawback was the lack of a wardrobe. There is one clothing rack with 4 hangers and 1 shelf above it. Internet is free of charge but extremely slow (even very early in the morning or late at night).

Nice hotel located in Chatan, near the American Village. The room is spacious (by Japanese standards), with space for 2 chairs and a table. The bathroom is spacious as well, with the toilet and bathing area separated. Room is clean, and they change everything on a daily basis. Free ice cream, tea and coffee is available at the lobby. The breakfast is a good mix of western and Okinawan food. All in all, a good deal for the price.

Trendy interior design, nice quiet area within walking distance to American Village. Basic amenities provided along with pajamas. Japanese staff were nice and courteous but foreign English staff looked like he didn't want to be there.

It was a great place to stay in Mihama American Village. Good environment, good staff , clean room and the bed is comfortable , I felt very relaxed. I would recommend it for my friends! I will choose this hotel again in my next visit. By the way, the price is reasonable.

This hotel is new! (It opened in 2018). The room is wide. My stay was very comfortable. There is rental cycle, I was convenient for going to the beach and around the hotel.
