We stayed all of 30 minutes before packing up to find somewhere else to stay at 11pm because: - towels had fresh yellow stains on them - bathroom stank of sewage - noise from the street - bedsheets were dirty - floors were dirty - lighting is dark and depressing - room has clearly not been cleaned in weeks

Awful employees very rude, very dirty, very noisy and on the top the concierge wanted to fight with me at 2:30 am because I was complaining for a skin irritation cause by the dirty sheet. Results I had to call the police and I had to leave this hotel in the middle of night. This hotel should be an Hostel or a being used as venue for a Ghost Hunting or any kind of horror movie. I strongly believe to foreigners or french visitors to spend their money somewhere else. Close to Paris you may find many 3 stars hotel in Montparnasse for a decent price and your stay in France will Stress-free... I can't believe people could deliver such a poor service in 2015 ... and speaking like in the french hood ... I am native french ...

As far as the stay, for the price it is very clean and comfortable. They will not clean your room every day so you will have to ask for a new cup/coffee packet. Most of the staff was polite, the supervisor is far less polite, however. If you don't know Paris you might not want to stay here...it is ideal for business trips but you must take a bus to get to a metro station. If you have a bike, as I did, you'll have a better time! Wifi is abysmal, they really want you to purchase the non-free version. My big issue, and it is a big one...my phone "disappeared" from the hotel beetween 11 and 11.10am and it seems like the most realistic possibility is one of the cleaning staff. That is extremely disappointing. I had to make a police report and the hotel staff was not terribly helpful. …

Even in two star hotel you can have a nice stay. Definitely not here. First thing when I entered, was man in reception, looking bored and extremely annoyed. You must be lucky to get response to - good morning, good evening, hello, nothing helped :-D Me (47 kg) had to bring my 22kg heavy suitcase to the 2nd floor thru tiny round stairways, cause when i asked for help, answer was, that his back hurts and he went to sit. For night, you will need earplugs otherwise you have no chance to sleep as you hear everything in your room. Neighbors, shower, toilette, street, people walking on stairs,.....breakfast very poor, if you are lucky and they notice you, you might get some coffee and baguette. Check out same disaster, receptionist could clearly hear me walking down the stairs as i was trying to get my suitcase downstairs, he even looked at me and didnt help at all. Its second experience within two months and first stay wasnt bad luck as second was even worst. …

Came here to get out of the centre of Paris before we hiked the tourist capital.. what a disaster. The hot water stopped working mid shower, took over an hour to reheat. Got put in the 3rd floor, when it looked like the whole hotel was empty. Some places I've stayed at a quarter of the price has been a tonne better. Give this one a miss!

I am a city girl and booked a spontaneous city break to Paris. This hotel felt like it was the furthest one from Central Paris. We we're mislead by the proximity when booking. There was a slight dampness to our room which was easily resolved by opening the window. I'd only recommend staying here if you are on a low budget, visiting family in the local area, don't mind being about 40 minutes from Central Paris and if you want to sleep a lot because it is v quiet. Staff were friendly and were able to arrange transportation to the airport for us at an awkward time of the morning:) it's vert far from the airport too. And a 15 minute walk from the subway.

Yes this hotel has real troubles as needing a refreshing and to be newly refurbished. Rooms are extremely small (typical from Paris and the area). Advantage is the situation, not for from a station allowing quick access to Paris and good connection to exhibition halls. Breakfast is basic. Service is friendly if you speak French ... Cleaning is a disaster ...

We've stayed 4 days. Outside temperature was 10°C but central heating was not working for 3 days. At the end of third day receptionist was almost fighting with me due to I asked for central heating. He told me that "it is not his problem". I still could not believe this. please do not stay in this hotel. The hotel has 3 floors and no elevator. You have to carry your luggage via narrow stairs with difficulty. Breakfast was given in a small cave that you can not move so we never had breakfast in the hotel. The room was not clean. The towels were yellow instead of white. It was totally disappointment. Please find another place to stay.

This hotel won the award, in my book, as the worst hotel I have ever been to in my life! And, I have traveled extensively for both pleasure and business. The hotel was DISGUSTING. From the carpet to the walls to everywhere my eyes had the misfortune of looking. In addition, we were a couple placed in a room that should have been for 1 person (pour soul). The two twin beds thrown into the room made the room impossibly small and unbearable. The bathroom door only opened a quarter way (if that) before it hit the bed and on the other side of the bed, you had to walk sideways down the length of the bed between it and the wall. Two people could NOT walk in the room at the same time. They are smart - PAY UP FRONT because if you have the opportunity to see the room first, you will flee. BTW, the location is in a miserable little town with wretched people 20 minutes outside of Paris.…

The staff as have been mentioned before are very friendly, and I'm sure that even if I tried, I would find no fault with them. However, I would rate this hotel a zero if I could. Technically, sure, it has 2 stars (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hotel_rating) and it does fulfill the criteria which are: - Breakfast buffet - Reading light next to the bed - Bath essence or shower gel - Bath towels - Linen shelves - Offer of sanitary products (e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit) - Credit Cards I would say this. 1. Walking up the stairs made me pray no one would be walking on them during the night. 2. The peeling paintwork in the room seemed to be 'standard' throughout the hotel. 3. The almighty stench of rose toilet spray throughout the hotel room is overpowering. 4. The bath itself is half size. What is the point in a bath if I can't lie inside it. 5. The shower head has no hook to be hung on 6. The bath shower, has no shower curtain 7. The toilet brush is brown-ish. Oh, and no significant cafe's in the local area. Heading out for a bite? Go to central paris.…
