We passed the hotel in November but it is just a big construction site now. According to their website they will reopen in February 2017! The setting looks amazing, cant wait to stay here next year anssee the improvements.

I have been a "regular" there over the last few years. It was a bit aged and in need of a re-do, but an absolutely loveable place. The scenery is magnificent. The personnel was absolutely great, attentive, helpful and friendly. The restaurant was wonderful and their food most delicious. The lounges were cosy and most comfortable. The outside patio has...

Most comfortable room & exquisite buffet. The views of the mountain are breath taking both in day time as well when the sun is glowing over it! Lovely walks & easy 4x4 trips from the hotel. Again the most incredible views! A camera is a must!

Amazing location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful colourful gardens with abundant birdlife around the hotel veranda and down by the river. Top rate buffet dinner & breakfast . Will be back when they re-open in September after the re-vamp.

This hotel has a great rate for a night plus breakfast and dinner. I like that, as I usually have both at a hotel where I stay. One downside was that the WiFi was spotty, but worked well when it worked. Unfortunately, it was not available in the rooms. I liked most of the dinner buffet. It had a good...

Hotel is looking a tad tired - Staff are very friendly but my impression was that they were not fully trained and there were a few issues. Rooms are large and comfortable. The buffet dinner was comprehensive and the Terrace menu and food was extensive and tasty.
