This is a charming place in the country side. The houses are just like you would expect old Normandy houses to look like. With the animals and nice surroundings I think it is a place small children would appreciate. We had a big room with a big bathroom and all gave the impression of being fairly new. I liked the...

We searched for a place to stay in for 2 nights in order to visit Mont Saint Michel and Omaha Beach memorials, actually we thought of two different hotels, but we were happy to find out that Etang Fleuri fit perfectly for visiting both sightseeing places (one can reach both in 1 hour drive). We are very grateful to the...

We stayed here for one night last summer and fell in love with it, so we returned for a week this year. Owners Delphine and her husband Dries have been busy extending the accomodation, adding two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms under the roof of this medieval farmhouse in the middle of beautiful Normandy countryside. The thick stone walls...

My family of 4 rented the apartment in the converted barn. It has two stories - the first being the washrooms and sleeping quarters, the second being a large open living space and kitchen with 5 metre vaulted ceilings that followed the barn's roof line. Because of the thick stone walls, the sleeping quarters were nice and cool despite a...

We were travelling to Brittany and needed an overnight stop halfway. We found Etang Fleuri on a booking website, so arranging a stay was no problem. It was also very reasonably priced. It's hidden away in deep rural countryside, and opened as a B&B only a few months ago. It consists of a large rambling old stone Norman farmhouse covered...

“If you are traveling in a group of several families you would like a two-storied apartment with a lot of double beds and beds for children, a living room and a kitchen. Otherwise the rest of the rooms are perfect anyway”
AmicusF, 7 Jul 2014 | Read review
“All rooms are upstairs, but the smaller rooms are above the kitchen and dining room and are accessed via the house stairs, while the two newer, larger rooms have their own external stone steps and storage space beneath them. There is also a very comfortable 6-bed gite for families in a separate stone barn across the lawn.”
pilgrim68, 8 Sep 2013 | Read review
“All three double rooms in the farmhouse are similar and we can't recommend any particular one. The gîte would suit parents with children and can be booked on a B&B basis if it's not booked out long-term.”
