1. Accommodation- met from the pier, they have a list of visitors and they're met on the pier with a sign. Checked into the Deluxe Garden cabin early. The room is big, nice. Beds, mattresses are comfortable, there is a safe, fridge, beach bag and umbrella. Bathrobes and slippers (they are changed every day when cleaning, very nice!) There is a kettle, coffee, sugar, tea, shower gel, air conditioner and soap. The large terrace made us happy, we even have a view of the sea, table and armchairs. 2. The beach is very nice, without boats (last time I rested on Pattaya Beach, absolutely did not arrange boats and smell of gasoline). Sun loungers and umbrellas, there's a beach restaurant. Sun loungers are uncomfortable, semi-sitting, I preferred sand and towels. Descending to the beach on steep stairs, I believe the hotel needs to build an elevator, such solutions are found in many hotels in Turkey. Adult tourists and families with children experienced discomfort with the climb. 3. Breakfasts are good, the first hotel to have a very large selection of fruit, both whole and sliced. Everything else also tastes like anything, except for the lack of pancakes. The view from the restaurant is fascinating.
4. The staff is very good, everyone is friendly, helping. Transfer to volking street every 20 minutes in the evening, the workers who meet, escort, help with the suitcases are doing a very good job.
Cons:
1. I wrote to the hotel a few days before I arrived, at the post office, on the vots up, I made a phone call - no answer, on the phone they didn't understand the basic words in English, in the end they didn't understand whether they were meeting us or not. Turns out they meet everyone on the piers on the list, there aren't many flights, and they're on everyone with a sign just in case.
2. There is no drinking water in the coolers, every day they give two 0.5 bottles, the rest must be bought, prices are not happy.
3. Well, the main minus restaurant in the hotel is open until 5 pm, it is very strange, you cannot sit in the evening overlooking the sea in the hotel, you have to go downtown. If I forgot to buy something, drinks, I wanted to eat something-- back downtown. This marketing is perplexing.
Other than that, the hotel left a good impression, and I'd love to be back here.
And, if anyone needed a good massage-- all the masseuses are great, at the see breeze salon, I think, right after the Akira Hotel on Pattaya Beach, it mattered to me, because they massaged every day.

We stayed in Honeymoon Jaccuzzi Suite at Mountain Resort. This room offers panoramic view of sea, sky and mountain (Adang Island). It also comes with a private roof terrace with an amazing view. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. In the morning, we just sat and sipped coffee and tea at sun beds in front of our room. Minibar and kayaks are available for free. They also provide a complimentary shuttle service from resort to walking street and vice versa, very convenient.

Breakfast has lots of choices (buffet) and all are yummy! The food from menu is also tasty. 😋

We really enjoy our stay here. 😍🥰💕

Stayed 4 days 3 nights. Dream beach and best view. The bay is the best and most beautiful from all 4 beaches on Lipe. The rooms are spacious and modern. Seems renovated a few months ago. Buffet is alright and reasonable for the price. House keeping seems understaffed or they do not know when you are out of the room. If you sleep in, in the morning you get a basket with water and refreshments placed at your door. But seems they do not comeback later in the day to clean. We didn’t get any house keeping. On third day, had to ask twice until house keeping cleaning came. But everyone at hotel is very friendly and welcoming. Be careful not to leave the door or balcony open in afternoon and evening. There are many mosquitos around the bungalows due to the plants and they will immediately come in. Mosquitos only around the bungalows, not at the restaurant, cafe, beach. Location and beach is sill the best. We will come back.

Very good option, it is a little secluded from the center but they offer free shuttle service from 18:00 to 22:00h. (You have the option to walk 10 min. to the center, but on return the climb is a bit hard)
It has a very nice and super quiet pool.
The bungalows are very spacious, clean and comfortable.
The super complete breakfast, with a wide variety of dishes, local, international, salads, fruits and sweets. The dining room faces the beach so unbeatable views.
Very attentive staff at all times.
The only stick I would put is the beach service, to eat first you have to choose the table, then choose the food and drink standing there and then pay. In our case the tables downstairs were all occupied, we chose an upstairs table at random for not having to go downstairs again to choose food and drink. We don’t order more drinks because we don’t have to go down and go back up, there are a lot of staff sitting down, eating ice cream, or chatting right there without doing anything. Bad for that part, because we were very good, but the next day we went to eat at the hotel next door. The very polite equipment rental guys.

We stayed in a family villa at the Mountain resort for 5 nights april 2023
It needed an update so much, several things were broken
There was no cleaning the room except clean towels.
The staff couldn't speak English, the service was not existing, except the driver of the shuttlebus, which were a gigant plus as the hotel only served breakfast and not a very good one. Breakfast was served in a very big room looking like a school cafeteria or institution
So many Chinese people that it sounded like a beehive
The hotel is located on a mountain, and the stairs are absolutely not for elderly or handicaped people
There are no security guards at the hotel or by the pool. The 2 stores high villas has a fence, that is not secured at all, children could easily fall down
Plusside must be the beautiful view, the large pool, the showers with lots of hot water, the shuttlebus and driver and very good internet.
Best beach is located just around the corner at the Zodiac hotel 50 meters from Mountain resort. The beaches are dirty with lots of plastic and garbage because there are no garbage bins to be found at all
Very nice to have seen Koh Lipe, but not for us again.

First and foremost, the staff is predominantly very friendly. However, beware - the hotel's images bear no resemblance to reality. This hotel is not the resort one might expect. It's a place that has severely aged. Our room was a disaster. The bathroom was disgustingly filthy and contaminated, with broken fixtures. The furniture was damaged and in a state of disrepair, and the safe had already been broken into and was unusable. The only redeeming feature was the adjacent beach, which was quite picturesque and accessible via a small path and stairs. For us, it felt akin to deception, as what was offered was nothing like what we thought we had booked. Steer clear of this shanty.

Location, location, location. Mountain Resort has the best views on Koh Lipe, and is a short walk up and down stairs to the nicest beach. The water is as clear as you'll see anywhere, and there's a nice house reef for snorkeling. The spot is spectacular. Staff are super friendly and helpful, and the owner a very nice guy, if you can speak Thai. The restaurant is quite good on both Thai and western dishes. I've traveled in Thailand for 25 years, and this is the best spot for chilling I know of.

The hotel is nice and everything in Koh Lipe is small so you can get everywhere quickly. The beach has some sea inlets where it is filled with algae, they could clean it, because when they accumulate they cover something that could be very visually beautiful. And the worst thing is the dirt from bottles, plastics, cans, that tourists throw away. The worst on the human side, the horrible treatment of the restaurant managers rushing people without sympathy or good manners from the moment you enter. Just today the two girls stayed in the room and we asked the reception to bring them fruit so that they would have fiber and get rid of the discomfort of constipation and they authorized us, but in the restaurant a manager named Nam made a fuss so they wouldn't give us the fruit. When the receptionist spoke to management on the phone with our request, she had an employee bring it. But it was a bad time, with mean, selfish, unpleasant people, which could have been avoided. Employees like this take away the pleasure of enjoying beautiful places. Obviously we would never return to this hotel where they attack you instead of assisting you. But if you don't use the breakfast, and the dirt on the beach is not your thing, one more issue that doesn't bother us, rather I like it, the rooms are at the top, the descent is easy, the climb is very high and those who don't like that effort can affect them.

We booked a honeymoon jacuzzi suite for 5 nights.
The Interieur is lovely, big bed, fridge (filled up every day with nice little things), big terracce with a good view.
Cleaning stuff friendly and very helpful!
The breakfast is only for local ppl interesting - one very slow coffeemachine for 80 ppl in the morning is a challenge.
A big pity is now the construction at the beach!!
3 new buildings coming up and anew resort was build on this beautiful sandbank what you can see in every picture (of course without...!)
Longtailboote crossing the whole day - the stairs to the beach are dangerous for older ppl or kids.

Beautiful little gem right on the mountain top of Koh Lipe. It has an amazing view from the restaurant and amazing view from room (we booked the one with sea view and did not disappoint!)
Unfortunately there are some unused facilities, but I do think that this resort has huge potential could soon be a 5 star!! Staff are kind and helpful, even though sometimes they can’t understand, I guess they deal mostly with Thai tourists but you can understand them easily.
Restaurant only serves breakfast (free!) and lunch which is good enough as from 6pm they have free shuttle that takes you to the walking street where you can easily find somewhere to have dinner.
Will definitely come back ❤️

The beach is a public beach so you can walk from anywhere on the island to use the beach there. It’s a very small island so it won’t take you long to get to this beach. Safe snorkeling there too. Sorry I took so long to reply
