Stayed here many times. I keep returning for the hotels great location and friendly welcoming staff. Particular shout out to Saara on reception for her helpfulness, professionalism and welcoming smile at the end of a long day. Nothing is too much trouble for her. It’s the people that make the hotel a success.
Stayed for one night, room was good, bed comfortable. Usual things in the room, tea and coffee making facilities, tv etc. Room very clean, and staff very friendly. Had breakfast there, which was nice, an all you can eat for £8.99. Really quick service, and food was good. Plenty of on site parking and two pubs within a couple of minutes walk, if you want a drink or an evening meal. Great location, close to Preston centre & the motorway.
Room 102. This shouldn't be a room at all it should be a cupboard for cleaning supplies or some such. Right next to the main door on the ground floor, the door for the few rooms that are on that level is immediately outside and the doors for the second floor are right behind the bedroom wall. The end result of this is an almost incessant thud thud thud of doors. That's if you're not being disturbed by some 'Karen' squawking Amy!! Amy!! at 01:30 with a voice that would cut glass or an seemingly endless stream of smokers who stand outside the front doors using the paved area outside the window as a smoking area. Add to this the noisiest mattress ever and this is with out a doubt the worst Premier Inn experience I have ever had
We recently attended a wedding and stayed over at this hotel, on arriving we was greeted by Kelly who was so professional, friendly and welcoming, my two girls of 5 and 8 even noticed and said to me wasn't that lady really nice. The hotel and our room was really clean and spacious to, its clear all the staff take great pride in their work, breakfast was also fantastic the two lady's were again very friendly and professional and found time to have a chat with the girls even though they was very busy, I would definitely recommend this hotel without a doubt.
En route south, we chose this Premier Inn because it was close to our route and had a decent restaurant next to it for an evening meal. This Premier Inn was clean, comfy, had plenty of parking and a good continental breakfast
Excellent service and help from Kelly at the desk. Really accessible with plenty around the hotel to eat and do. Room was clean and tidy. Just right for an overnight stay. Stayed here travelling back from Scotland having just completed the northern half of the West Highland Way.
Warm welcome from Kelly on reception. Check in was very smooth and room was very clean. Staying as business customer and two decent restaurants in close proximity along with a big supermarket. I will definitely stay again in the future and can’t fault this premier inn.
Nice room, lovely people, a real credit to the Premier Inn Brand. We arrived very late at 01.00 after having to work all day and drive 300 miles from Sussex for a dear friends funeral. The chap on the desk was extremely nice and helpful and had already checked us in. We didn't book for breakfast as we were not sure what time we would wake up, and had to make the return journey after the wake. Anyway we decided to try our luck at 10.00 for breakfast and although the staff had clearly finished, having no other bookings, they cooked us a full English and were more than helpful with advice on our next destination. Saara and the team are a great credit to Premier Inn where clearly the customer comes first Thank you
Receptionist Saara was friendly, welcoming & gave me all the information I needed for my one-night stay. The room was large & spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom - a more imaginative layout than other Premier Inns where I've stayed. Although my room overlooked the car park & a busy main road, this didn't prevent me from having a good night's sleep, in a very comfortable bed. I noticed that although there's no air-con in the rooms, there was a large floor-standing fan - useful when the weather's unbearably hot. There's a very pleasant breakfast area & I enjoyed the usual hearty Premier Inn breakfast, with the hot food served by a lovely Italian waitress (I didn't get her name). I would certainly stay here again if I'm in the Preston area.
Me and my daughter stayed here recently on a Friday night after a long drive. Was easy to find, hotel next door does lovely food, friendly staff. Only thing to complain about was the door to get to the rooms via the stairs didn’t require a card to open so anyone could go up and reception didn't always have someone on the desk so as a single parent I’d feel better if a card was required as in most premier inns. Breakfast and staff were great
