Had a pleasant 2 night stay whilst in the area for a family celebration. Excellent location and staff. Hotel itself is a bit tired but clean and comfortable. Only ate breakfast there but was tasty and plentiful. With a little investment and a makeover this could be a cracking hotel

The food was good. The staff are wonderful BUT the management need to give much more consideration to their staff who were worked off their feet One waiter and one bar man is no where near enough. Despite the dreadful pressure they were under they remained professional, helpful and polite. The kitchens were probably understaffed as well as there was...

Thank you so much for your positive review about our amazing food and our fantastic front of house staff. They are great. Your observations about this evening were on the whole accurate. This particular evening and for some reason we ended up accommodating over twice the amount of diners. Usually there are the correct ratio of staff but this night...

We booked a function room for a three course meal for 30 people for my father's 80th birthday. I have to say, I was very pleased with the quality of the food and service. The staff were very attentive and helpful, and the food was excellent. My expectations were exceeded and I wish to thank the staff of the hotel...

We've been going to Wroxham for many years, and even stayed at Hotel Wroxham, but had never dined there until a couple of weeks ago.....now it's twice! We booked in for Saturday night because our previous favourite restaurant, the Bridge, has closed and the King's Arms is a bit "samey". What a surprise! I had a mildly chilli crab special...

What more can we say. Myself and my friend popped to wroxham for shopping and decided we would pop for a coffee to the hotel as it looked very inviting on the side of the river. Upon entering we were greeted by extremely friendly staff who welcomed us and did their best to help us find our perfect seat against...

As we had enjoyed a very good breakfast at The Wroxham Hotel on Christmas Day, we decided to go there for an evening meal with our friends as it is within walking distance. On arrival, we were given a friendly welcome by the owner and shown to a window seat overlooking the river, as requested. Unfortunately, her staff let her...

Stay here for just one night when the previous hotel let us down and was very surprised. The welcome and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little tire in places but was very clean. The room was very clean, tidy and had everything you would expect. The bathroom was clean and bright. Shower was good...

The restaurant attached to the Wroxham Hotel is big, brash and has a commanding view of the River Bure and its lively boating scene. As far as I can see, they are never going to be short of customers however badly they treat them and this is why I was initially reluctant to dine there the other Saturday evening. The...

We stayed at the Wroxham Hotel for a weekend. We booked a double room overlooking the broads. Views were really lovely, watching people passing the time of day on their boats. However if you’re not sea worthy and I’m not unfortunately there isn’t much else to do there in my opinion. we went for walks visited a few pubs, sat...
