Beautifully decorated, clean, very comfortable and fab breakfast. Wonderful shower. Staff were friendly, welcoming, respectful and efficient. A few minutes walk from the centre of Narbeth. I would highly recommend staying at the hotel.
Once again, an excellent stay, warm, friendly welcome. Rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Food is wonderful, and nothing is too much trouble for the professional team at the hotel Would recommend highly and a very best example of a 3 star hotel
Book it every year for my parents as their Xmas present, always receive a friendly welcome and rooms are always spotless, will be booking again ready for next year for them, highly recommend this place.
We stayed at this small but lovely hotel for a couple of nights. We were impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. For a small hotel its breakfast offering was extensive and excellent. Plas Hyfryd's location is great for exploring one of the loveliest parts of Wales. It certainly lives up to its name as a Lovely Place. We shall be returning. Our only one request is if they could find one or two rooms that would allow small well-behaved dogs we would already be reaching for the phone to book again!
the staff went above & beyond to help and the room was beautifully decorated & spacious. I haven’t stayed here since 2019 so hadn’t seen the refurb but was in awe of the decor. gorgeous breakfast served by friendly staff. when it comes to luggage, a lift would be helpful but I understand the building would not allow for it, and it wouldn’t put me off staying. Will definitely be back.
We have stayed at this hotel on many occasions and I have never been disappointed. The breakfast is first class and sets you up for the day. The staff are friendly and very professional. The rooms are clean and warm. I have nothing but praise for this hotel. A short drive and you are able to visit some of Wales most beautiful beaches. We will certainly be back and I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to other traveler's and those wishing to find a peaceful place to stay.
Plas Hyfryd catered for us following a family funeral last Saturday. Making the arrangements was very straightforward and dealt with professionally and the service and buffet on the day was excellent. Thank you for giving my aunty a wonderful send off, she would have been delighted with her lovely tea.
Excellent Hotel, attended a wedding on the 20th December, the staff are excellent and very helpfull , Breakfast was amazing , A very good hotel and will definatly be staying again while in the area on business
Booked here to stay New Years Eve so we could be in Narberth to celebrate my wife's birthday and NYE with friends in Narnerth Town. This hotel is a real gem, loads of character ,beautifully decorated and very clean . When we arrived we had room at the very top of the hotel , which was lovely but my wife felt she needed to have a room with a full window as she suffers from a little claustrophobia, After speaking with reception it was sorted immediately and we were accommodated another room with a full window and it was perfect. The hotel toom key also fits the outside door to the hotel , so if you're late returning, it isn't a problem, saying that they still have a night porter on place. The service was excellent , curtious, and helpful . We didn't eat at the restaurant for an evening meal but we did have breakfast which was lovely with excellent choices . We both opted for the traditional cooked, and it was again excellent and our server was very nice helpful and friendly . Highly recommended this lovely hotel.…
We booked accommodation (twin-bedded room) & breakfast at this well positioned country house hotel. The Reception/dining/public rooms were all of a good standard and all had been attractively modernised. All the staff were polite & helpful; the person on reception was particularly so. Breakfast was excellent in quantity & quality with a large choice of food There was spacious parking too and a really modern and attractive patio area. There were Tesla chargers in the parking area and as I have a Tesla electric car with free charging I didn't expect to be charged for using them; yet I was! The bedroom was the big disappointment; old fashioned, much too small for a twin-bedded room, and remarkably, NO wardrobe or chest of drawers! The bathroom had had some modernisation, but the shower cubicle was tiny, and the towel radiator didn't work properly. There was no housekeeping on 25th December and, if I hadn't specifically asked, there wouldn't have been any on 26th. Much to our surprise and disgust we were told that there was no housekeeping on bank holidays, which is totally unacceptable! The TV, although flat screen, was small, old and not pleasant to watch. However, the beds were comfortable, and the bedroom itself was well heated. The hotel was scrupulously clean throughout.…
