clean, pleasant rooms, breakfast very good, staff helpful and friendly, ample parking, free internet, only drawback we were unable to get a taxi after 11pm, tried several firms and as we were there to attend a function it was a long walk back.

This was a really lovely place to stay. Very warm and cozy. Very pleasant hostess. The beds were very comfortable so had a lovely night sleep. A lovely big bathroom with brilliant shower. All very clean. Breakfast was great. If im ever in march again i would love to stay here. Definately value for money.

I had three nights here a single occupant of the quad capacity barn conversion (chosen as I go stir crazy in standard hotel rooms after the first night or so). Loads of space, well appointed with a kitchen area including fridge, cooker and microwave. Very clean and simple barn conversion with character. The owner Sarah is very friendly and welcoming...

Stayed here whilst visiting family. Good parking and friendly welcome from the staff. Room comfortable with good bathroom , TV and coffee and tea making facilities. There were a few cobwebs in room but I am nit picking! Breakfast was pretty good cooked and served by the owner. It would have been so much better served on a hot plate!...

Stayed in the barn Saturday night, fantastic accommodation, very helpful staff couldn't have asked for anything more. Downstairs is a little on the chilly side compared to the accommodation upstairs but not a major problem. Will stay here again when in the area. Breakfast was over at the main accommodation and was everything and more, good choice of breakfast items...

Arrive there and park in the car park (plenty of space) and it looks like an ordinary pub from the outside (which it probably was once), go in the entrance which is located at the side and you think 'oh dear what have I walked in to' - it is brown and in need of up-dating quite a lot. However,...

Only stayed for one night which was a shame. Room was comfortable and modern, with plenty of room. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of full English (vegetarian too) and cereals. Vince the owner went out of his way to make sure you were well looked after too. There was convenient parking at the front of the hotel too.

Beautiful small and very clean place. Newly decorated kitchen with beautiful decorations. The owner was very friendly which was a bonus too! We spent only a night there and breakfast was very good. Apart from not getting extra bed like we expected, I cannot really fault the place.

We arrived and were welcomed by a charming Polish couple taking care of the hotel while the regular owners were travelling (they were back in charge the next day). We had a large room with a big closet and a bathroom attached. The first floor offered the possibility of keeping your food in a fridge and to make yourself some...

I found this hotel and was a little concerned by it's exterior appearance - I needn't have worried! There is even parking beyond a secure barrier that a code is given to you by the owner. Once inside, it got better and the host couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful. The room I had was a double, with plenty...
