Visited for dinner on Thursday evening with elderly parent. The bar was small and the selection was limited, but conservatory opened onto a lovely very large garden. The menu was a set dinner and a very reasonable £16.95 for 3 courses. The service was excellent and we chose our fist and main and when ready we were shown to the...

My husband and I stayed here for one night. Staff on check-in were very friendly and made us welcome. We were given a double room in the annex which was really too small for a double by today's standards. The shower room was very small with nowhere to put a toilet bag. There was one towel ring, otherwise towels had...

Delightful wooded site & gardens. Bluebells & Azaleas providing a lovely display. Property is an old period house, needing some TLC on the outside. Parking is available on site. Outdoor seating area within the grounds, very pleasant for an evening drink. Very welcoming staff greeted us on arrival. Accomodated in the annex at the rear of the main building. Bit...

The mattress a little hard for my likeing but got used to it over the five nights. Found the curtains did not keep out the light so got...

Big old Hotel in Sale. Perfectly okay for a business overnighter. Room a little tired but large and good bed. Dinner & Breakfast both pretty decent. Staff welcoming and laid back but still good. Would definitely stay again. Good value.

We had a family meal on Saturday 14th May. The food and the service was first class we had our 8 year old Grandson with us and the staff went the extra mile to ensure he was given a meal on a par to ours. The extra nice touch was the Live Music provided in the background to our meal...

My wife and I were staying here with our two Border Terriers, just for one night, before going on to a show in Stockport. On arrival the staff were very welcoming, and we were given a room on the ground floor which was just right with the two dogs. No stairs to climb. The room was clean and tidy, though a little...
