Our school's graduation ceremony held here, had to pay MYR 60.00 per student. The tablecloths and chairs are filthy and the banquet room to be honest appears to be quite stuffy. The stage doesn't appear to be stable enough that I have to take every step with care. Hotel staffs are okay, and the toilets are in average condition. Plates...

Stayed there for a night with family, First room given , the carpert was damp, telephone not working, tv no remote. Changed room, the door locked couldn't be opened for hours. Maintenance had to break open the door. 3rd room given, toilet closet no cover, again tv had remote. Everything is so old and in bad shape. On top of...

Great place to stay with ample meeting rooms and ballroom as well as restaurants. In vicinity of a small township with The Store shopping mall ( Centre point ) as well as a bazaar and other retail shops and restaurants. The rooms are big and comfy enough but the only grouse would be that the TV has no remote control.

Nice view of klang river n average buffet style food. That got them the 1 star. How to gain more stars? ~wash bed linen more often..smelly and itchy ~ repair doors..toilets..windows...broken.. X cistern covers..stuck ~ smile..greet guests..be friendly. ... The salesmen in the lobby were friendlier than the staff..

The rooms in the hotel are of the usual standard that I have come to expect while travelling through work, unfortunately that is the only complement (if its really a complement?) I can say about the hotel, the staff here are friendly enough, but obviously not trained to cater for westerners. The food served (but is usually buffet) is to...

I had no problems staying here. Found all the staff friendly, the room was adequate- I was upgraded to a triple room which was a good size. It is a little noisy at night and the bathrooms are the worst design- leave everything outside the door if you don't want wet things.
