Nice clean rooms. Well appointed and very friendly staff. They could advice if a first timer is blowing away more money on activity coupons than he can manage- but I guess they would rather take in the business than be worried about ethics or being a counsel.

Great location, scenic views, wonderful service, luxury rooms, soft beds, conveniently close to mountain lifts, great restaurants downstairs. Make sure to check the weather. Place to enjoy downhill ski or cross country ski in a winter or great hikes in a summer time.

This Inn has a lot of rental condos around the village. You get the keys and the map from the front desk but then you have to drive to your condo. The condo was a spacious 2-bedroom which was good for 4-6 people. The rooms and washrooms were clean. It was a little cold inside the condo but with the...

Dear Bahar N, We’re happy to hear you enjoyed your stay at one of the condominium properties nearby the Blue Mountain Inn. These properties don’t have individual check-in desks, as such you would check in at the Inn and be directed to your lodging location. It sounds like you settled in quickly and found the location and lodging features met...

We came to celebrate a birthday and stayed here and want to tell you it was a great place. Staff were super friendly and the Pottery restaurant was delicious. We went there for breakfast and have never had so much delicious food and the waitress was super friendly also. The room was great and didn't hear a thing once we...

Stayed at the Blue Mountain Inn in Blue mountain. I read the description on the blue mountain site and it said it was newly renovated so with the price we decided to try it. Staying in the village was about a hundred dollars more and this Inn was literally 5 mins walk to the village or you could take a...

Dear Geoffrey G, We really appreciate the time you have taken to share your personal experience while visiting us here at Blue and the Blue Mountain Inn. Couple of disappointments led to a mediocre visit. It was our anniversary and my husband had called to arrange rose petals on the bed for our arrival (to surprise me). To his surprise, there were no rose petals, which left him a little perturbed as he had spoken with someone to set that up and was excited to surprise me....

Oh my ....not sure what I expected but it was more than what I saw when we checked into the Inn. They did say it had been updated and I could see that in the (tiny) bathroom but dreary hallways and blah boring check in area made me feel I was in the wrong atmosphere for a get-away overnight stay....

Dear val2cruise, We appreciate your feedback and regret that you were underwhelmed by your stay at the Blue Mountain Inn. Our room was very nice, and would definitely go the route of a suite as opposed to a double room again. The hotel hallways and common areas were rundown and tired looking and there were dead bugs in the elevator, which did not work well. Our experience with the front desk was not ideal. We called down to ask about...
