I stayed here for 3 weeks and couldn't ask for more Helen was a great host and very welcoming. Room was very clean and comfortable as I was working nights the room is very quiet. Great value for money and if in the area again would not hesitate to come back. Good places to eat and drink just yards away....

The Old Mill is a very friendly inviting place to stay as soon as we were greeted by Helen ( the owner) we felt that nothing was a bother for her ,she is very knowledgeable about the local area and about getting to Glasgow and Edinburgh and places of interest to visit . We had our own key so we're...

Stayed here in September 2016 whilst visiting family locally. Cumbernauld Village is ideally situated for touring Central Scotland, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Loch Lomond and The Trossachs all within an hours drive. Local buses outside the door and Croy train station 3 miles away. My room in the attic was clean and comfortable, great shower and views over the rooftops. Only...

We have visited Cumbernauld for many years visiting family. We have stayed in different establishments in the area, but our first choice would always be The Old Mill B&B. Helen is a wonderful owner, friendly, knowledgeable with high standards. Nothing is too much trouble. Our room and en-suite was lovely and clean, the breakfasts are superb and the atmosphere very...

We have just returned after spending a weekend at the Old Mill and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. We found this B & B to be very comfortable and homely and the host, Helen could not have been any kinder. We had a large room with en suite bathroom and slept well in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was our choice...

Stayed as a family for a Wedding in July, we had all 3 rooms and I have to say we couldn't have found a better place. Spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, very good breakfast, Helen is a lovely hostess. Ideally located in the centre of the village but still quiet. Would definitely recommend, real value for money

The Old Mill B&B in Cumbernauld Village has my highest praise. Helen is now a friend and while there she will take excellent care of you. I stayed 10 days total in Scotland and when I left for a trip to the highlands for two days, Helen stowed my luggage so I could travel light. The room was comfortable and...

I went to this B&B with my family last year. The building is a charming ancient building. The interior is renovated and very clean. Free Wi-fi and excellent Scottish breakfast. The owner (Helen) is a very kind lady who welcome the guests as part of her family. Very high quality and cheap prices. I strongly advice this B&B! The zone...

This lovely little bed and breakfast establishment (3 double rooms ) has all the comfort of a large hotel with the added bonus of friendly and personalised service. My wife and I stayed here for four days and we occupied a large twin bed room on the top floor. The room, as the others, has en-suite facilities. The room was...
