We annually holiday at Pachacaid but since it was taken over three summers ago by France Loc , the site has deteriorated! It has become one huge playground for children. A very unsafe playground with poor management and supervision, with ambulance staff attending casualties on a daily basis. Apart from bouncy castles, concrete waterslides, funfair rides scattered in random places,...

This is our 4th holiday to this campsite and our first holiday since Franceloc took over the site. Positives: Pachacaid is situated in the most beautiful of settings in the South of France and the weather was glorious. The agent we used to book our mobile through (not Franceloc) was once again fabulous and provided excellent service. We flew this...

Have had many holidays at Pachacaid and love the site and beautiful setting. This was our first time there since the site was taken over by Franceloc. The reason for only three stars being that they have put all their own mobile homes on site with no thought for parking, some plots having no space to park by the mobile....

Our third visit to Pachacaid in the last four years but probably the last. Basically the children love it, the slides and the Pool are definite favorites and they would go back tomorrow given a chance. In reality the site is looking very worn out, the 'restaurants' and toilets and general infrastructure need an awful amount of money spent on...

We have stayed at Pachacaid for a few years now. After the tragic death of a toddler a few years ago the site the site was bought by a large camping company called FranceLoc. There have been some negative comments since the new ownership but FranceLoc are improving the site all the time. The swimming pool is now heated and...

Stunning campsite set on a hill in a pine tree forest. Absolutely beautiful surroundings and views. Mobile homes are all spaced out very well, so you feel like you have your own space. Ours was on the higher levels, so we could enjoy amazing views of the valley! The mobile home itself wass great quality, we chose a Top Presta...

We stayed at the start of september (6th- 13th) with Eurocamp and the site was reasonably quiet with few children about. Our caravan was in the 800's and yes it was away from the pool and quite far up the hill but the views more than made up for it. Be careful of what you put in your bin at...

I researched my holiday booking in order to get the best accommodation to suit my families needs. I read all the reviews carefully about this camp site prior to booking, the closer it got to the time of travel the more negative they were becoming, but I kept an open mind. I booked direct with FRANCELOC.... big mistake!!! If you...

We have just returned from a week's stay at Le Pachacaid and, having read some of the recent negative reviews, felt I had to put across a review from our own perspective. Admittedly we travelled as a middle aged couple without children so I cant comment on supervision at the pool or play areas or the kids club. We hired...

Really liked the layout of the site. Staff weren't all that friendly particularly in the poolside bar, obviously didn't like the fact we weren't French and couldn't speak their language. They do make it hard for you if you can't speak French and they don't appear (or don't want to) Speak English!! Did like the fact the pool didn't open...
