My wife and I stayed for three nights at Creag Dubh with hosts Kate and Roy. The B&B is just a few miles from Kyle of Lochalsh and the bridge to Skye. Our room had a great view across the water to Skye. However, the room was very small (with a double bed) and had an equally small bathroom. What... More

We stayed in twin room with outside bathroom. The room is very clean, the space is compact, but enough for us stay comfortably. The tips: if possible, bring neccessary items for overnight, don't bring suitcase (leave them in the car) to possess the room. The cars parked just outside of the B&B. We had dinner in Kyle town which within... More

Just spent two nights at Creag Dubh near Kyle of Lochalsh owned by Roy & Kate who were fantastic hosts. This is a truly relaxing place with wonderful views across to the Isle of Skye. Our bedroom was fully en suite and the attention to detail was impressive with all your needs catered for. The double room is slightly compact... More

Roy and Kate make you feel at home from the moment you step into their home. Our room overlooked the view so Raasay Isle and Skye. It was just stunning! The bed was very comfortable and room extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh porridge, toast, eggs, smoked salmon among the choices. Roy is helpful with places to travel to... More

Stayed for one night on a trip north. Blessed with sunshine - which made everything beautiful but my, my, what a view. We had the double en-suite, front facing. The room is very small as is the en-suite (we did amusing one-person shuffles round the bed!) but more than adequate for a brief stop over with hospitality tray, fluffy towels... More

My first time in Skye and what a lovely experience!Truly awesome! A huge thank you to Kate & Roy for making this a really enjoyable stay! Their B&B was just what we needed, clean, bright and extremely peaceful. Kate & Roy themselves were really friendly, helpful and welcoming. I would truly recommend a stay here :) Karen

Creag Dubh is a family home turned B&B so it does feel like a homely spot to lay your head down after a day of exploring the nearby Highlands and isle of Skye. Roy and Katie made me feel right at home. The room was clean and had a splendid view over to the isle of Skye. Katie does an... More

We stayed here on our way to Harris. It was very convenient for crossing over on the Skye Bridge to go up to the ferry at Uig. Roy made us very welcome, the two rooms were very clean and comfortable and the en suite and bathroom were modern and efficient. There was a local Inn within walking distance for our... More
