This is a very special hotel. I don't usually stay in a big onsen hotel, but this is a good one. First of all, they have an English speaking staff waiting to serve us when we arrived. The even called us from Japan to find out if we are coming with another group so they An arrange a nearby room...

I stayed in Aenokaze last month (March, 2016) with my family. The staff was very friendly and polite. Even this is building type but you can feel traditional Japanese atmosphere here. The view from my window was great calm sea like a like. When arrived in room, we had little bit smell problem there, but staff assistance and service was...

The minute we parked our car in their parking lot across the street, several staff members were already rushing across the street to help us carrying the luggage and show us the safe place to cross the street. When we needed help the second day to program our GPS in Japanese, the...

We were deeply impressed with the hospitality and service during our stay at Aenokaze. After check-in at the front desk, we were led to the lobby lounge where welcome tea was served. Then our hostess escorted us to our room. We had a Japanese room with ocean view. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. There was ensuite bathroom...

Upon arrival, the hotel staff offered warm welcome at the entrance. Check in was efficient. Our room was on 7th floor, well appointed, with a very impressive view of the Nanao Bay. We took a...

Stayed here for 2-nights during a 10-day Japan trip with Makita power tools. Overall there were around 300 of us. This hotel was the highlight of the tour! Staying in a traditional Japanese room with no beds (we slept great on the floor mats and comforters), wearing the traditional Kimono's, we had a traditional Japanese dinner the first night, (complete...
