Third time here and yet again service issues. Arrived and discovered that although travelling by myself I found the room to have all three beds made up. Was the hotel trying to tell me something about having to share??? Air con not working so room freezing cold and after mentioning it they sent up a rather unstable heater. Noise from...

Fighting by other guests resulted in virtually no sleep. My daughter was terrified. No telephone in the room to call reception so I had to use mobile and phone premium rate number - no reply. My daughter and I got dressed to go down to reception (2nd time as we had also been outside before due to fire alarm going...

Hi and thank you for your review. I was shocked to read that you would describe your experience with us as a "disaster"; your review gives me and my team lots of topics to discuss and work upon. As you will appreciate we as a hotel team have to take the rough with the smooth when it comes to other...

Helpful friendly staff, a clean modern room and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was outstanding and the coffee from the machine was surprisingly good. Only concern is you might be left without parking on game day but luckily I didn't encounter this. Also no fridge in room.

I stayed for one night in this hotel. What always amazes me the most is the sleep quality. Beds are fine and it's always very quiet. We also had a dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Service was very nice that is what i will remember the most. But to be honest, food isn't on the same level. I...

Stayed weekend of Man Utd v Liverpool and England v Australia (ODI). Hotel was very, very busy but did not cause us any problems. Typical good quality of room with excellent bed and facilities. Good shower unit and well laid out bathroom. No problems with noise........room faced onto car park at rear of hotel. Wifi very good throughout my stay....

I recently stayed at this branch and I felt the service was excellent, the food was excellent and the room was excellent including cleanliness and comfortability. You have to pay for good wifi though.

Here on business for the week, I'm staying in a room overlooking the docks towards Mediacity which makes for a nice view. The room is lovely and spacious with a very comfortable bed (great nights sleep!) and the bathroom is great as well. Breakfast is as good as expected although I always think it's a little on the expensive side....

Ideal location. Quite modern. Very uncomfortable bed! I'm not sure if I would want to stay here at this hotel again, the walls we're extremely thin so we could hear the people in the next room rather disappointed

Hi Sean & Emma Thank you for your review and bringing your experience to my attention. I am genuinely surprised that you found our beds uncomfortable. At Premier Inn we have installed 65,000 Hypnos pocket sprung mattresses and divans into our hotels in the last 2 years, replacing the entire bed stock! The new beds have been amazingly popular with...

We had our usual Premier Inn experience staying at this hotel for the first time instead of central Manchester (Premier Inn, Portland Street). It is an excellent location when travelling by car - close enough to motorways, free parking. There are bus stops right outside the hotel with the X50 going into the centre and also to the Trafford Centre....
