Detailed Reviews
Ot sure how to rate this hotel as I have never stayed in a hotel with this concept before. It was friendly, efficient and clean. The showers were great after an overnight flight. The “cube” room was OK. It was sort of comfortable and although hot at first, the fan cooled after a few minutes. Overall, if you arrive tired and need a micro nap to refresh...this is an OK option

You can clean your self before or after resting, everything supplied. Only 'pyjama' is a challenge if it is not suit to your size. Lawson besides the Tube Sq is enough for your light meals if you need. Big luggage will be at the counter and you will be given a coin to claim. Don't lose it. Bring minimum things to rest as the space is just enough for you to lay down peacefully. It is good if there is system to remind the time is over when customer still not check out to avoid missing the flight.

Located IN the airport, this capsule hotel is the best option if you have a long layover or early flights. Booked for 9 hours, it is perfect for a shower and a rest in clean facilities. You won’t have to open your suitcase, they provide sleepwear and all the toiletries required, they even provide a hair curler!
Would definitely stay there again and hopefully there’ll be these sorts of hotels in every airport.

Our flight was arriving in Centrair at 7.30am, and we couldn't check into our hotel until 3pm. As I am never able to sleep on flights, I thought that Tubesq would be a great option to get a few hours sleep before making our onward journey.
So I booked a male capsule for me and a female capsule for my wife (6 hours daytime use) and we went our separate ways after checking in.
I put my suitcase into the locker provided (plenty big enough for a large suitcase and additional bag) and went to my capsule - Great! I thought, only one or two capsules were occupied. So I got inside, pulled down the blind, switched off the light and tried in vain to get some sleep.
I switched on the fan, which did absolutely nothing apart from make a loud rattling noise, so I switched it off again and tried again to sleep despite the stuffiness and lack of airflow....... And then it started! People's phones making beeping noises, cleaners walking up and down constantly, scrubbing floors, making up the beds in adjacent capsules, emptying bins noisily, phones ringing
... This went on for four hours, so completely I gave up trying to sleep. Utterly pointless! So I thought I would come out of the capsule and take a shower.
First I went to the toilet room. Cleaner had emptied her supplies closet all over the floor, blocking the access to the toilet cubicles. Stepped over and entered a cubicle. So tiny inside that my knees touched the door while sitting on the pot, and my elbows touched the wall on both sides..... Cleaner (female) hovering around outside the door re-arranging her supplies, so found myself completely unable to concentrate on a number two despite 'coughing' as a hint that maybe she should give me some privacy.... Went into the shower room to get naked and shower, female cleaner hovering around inside there too. For goodness sake!
So basically found this experience to be a total waste of time and money. Please, please, let people sleep if you offer day rooms!

We actually really liked this little place, just perfect for the airport before an early morning flight!
We were nervous using a capsule hotel for the first time in Japan, would we be cramped, would it be noisy, would we understand how it worked? All fears were unfounded, the capsules were plenty big enough, even for my husband who is 6ft 3inches, both rooms were quiet and the washing facilities clean, and complete with more product than I use! They give you pyjamas which were a little on the small side so I just used my own. This looked like quite a new facility so I’m sure there are different experiences to be had (as with anything) but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would be much more open to booking something similar in the future.

Clean, spacious, quiet and really convenient, since it was located in the terminal building. Everything you need for one night - shower - WiFi - bed. You get towels and other things you needed. Spacious closet to keep all your luggage.

First time staying in this type of "hotel" so I've got no prior experiences to compare with. For those taking early flights or touching down late at night, this place is really convenient as it's located right in the airport building.
Around the corner from the entrance there is a 24-hr convenient store. No need to worry about food and drinks. A couple of tables and some seats are right outside the entrance.
Everywhere was sparkling clean. Shower was superb. A large locker to keep our belongings. Towels, night gown, slippers and toiletries were all provided.
In the bed compartment, reading light, torch light, power sockets were all there.
However, I didn't sleep that well as the aircon took a long time to cool the compartment down.
Male and female are separated so it might be inconvenient for couples and groups with mix genders. Also children aren't allowed.
