Very resonably priced. Room large and well furnished except for the rock hard beds. Free wifi in rooms, albeit rather slow. Breakfast is entirely Chinese (not many foreigners here). Air con sruggles to cope. Carpets stained and bathroom covered in mould. I would change but I know from experience the others would be at least equally bad.
