Basic rooms, but clean. Quiet place. Very polite staff, always ready to help. Good food: they even cooked our catch of the day! Excellent location: 3 minutes walking from a beautiful beach, where you can do jet sky, canoe, paddle or fishing on a pirogue. Taxi station very close by.

Great little hotel in Saly. We stayed for two nights in a 4-bed room, which is a great way to save money (15€ per person per night in the off-season). The hotel is located just 150m from the beach, although you will need to walk for another 250m to the right, in order to find a place in the shade. The room was clean, there were two fans, the beds hat mosquito nets, and we were provided with towels. The hotel has a bar/restaurant with a nice view of the surroundings. The food is of good quality and reasonably priced (from 3.500 XOF / 5,50 € for a main course). The pool is not very large, but in good condition and great for relaxing and fleeing from the hot temperatures (42°C when we visited). The pool was clean, as was the rest of the hotel. We were provided with towels at the pool. The staff were very friendly, especially the pool boy, who showed us around town, and knew our names the next morning. All in all just a great value hotel, I definitely recommend it to anyone who does not need a 5-Star luxury hotel to enjoy their holidays. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Guesthouse in a quiet part of Saly, even with some authentic Sengalese restaurants, around, which seemed more difficult to find in the centre. Simple room with a large bed, bath, and moskito net. Service (e.g. room service, night guard) are reliable when they are in good mood, on other days they might not clean your room or shout at you at night.
