Great location, 2 minute walk to centre of town but away from the noise of the centre, staff friendly, speak English, provide free parking permit. Lots of art in the hotel and rooms. Very clean. Only downside is that it's very expensive.

Even before we arrived, we had emails from the hotel asking if we required any help with restaurants or activities. We were a group of eight taking four rooms and celebrating a wedding. They allowed us to use their lounge for our evening get together and were extremely helpful with reservations for restaurants and even found us a taxi later one evening when a restaurant wouldn't help us. We were headed to Cinque Terre one morning and they were very kind to open breakfast thirty minutes early so we could get an early start. The rooms were large enough and the hotel was very close walking distance to the old town. Thank you Nicola and Lorenzo, we really appreciated all the help you gave us.

Attention to detail, great information by the concierge. Lovely room with a large bed, beautiful bathroom and a balcony. Ideally located to wander into the town for a meal, one Day we followed the sculpture trail and visited the library and museums. Train to Pizza and Lucca easy to navigate just remember to validate your ticket in one of the machines at the station. The beach club included in our stay was beautiful, is easily accessible by bus if you don’t have a car

We had a marvelous stay at this small hotel. Have been many places in the world but have never met more service minded and friendly employees this also included the people working at the private beach Bagno Sandra. Thank you for making us so welcome and for all of your help in finding train times, places to eat and information on Pietrasanta and the surrounding area. We will certainly recommend you to friends.

If you are looking for a four-star and romantic hotel, with few rooms and very well located (20 minutes' drive from Pise Airport), go to Hotel Palazzo Guiscardo. The rooms are spacious, decorated with charm. Receptionists are helpful and speak several languages including some French and English. Another good point: car park is free. Should I to Tuscany again, I will go again to Hotel Palazzo Guiscardo. A must see!

We stayed at the Palazzo Guiscardo for 4 nights last week and we absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The only thing we would do differently next time is to stay even longer! The hotel is very centrally located and in walking distance to everything you might want to see; the interior and the art is absolutely great; the rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious & comfortable; the beach club was simply a dream; and last but not least the service was truly exceptional. We also really loved the variety of the breakfast, especially the cheese selection and the fresh fruits. We also felt the atmosphere was very personal and extremely professional. The Hotel Manager & the entire staff were so helpful and friendly. We felt really well taken care of throughout the entire stay. Can definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great place to stay in Pietresanta!
