Had a very nice stay in this hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and nice and the hotel is located very nicely to get around Pietrasanta and the area around it. (trains easily take you anywhere in no time) We stayed for 5 nights and paid a very reasonable price that included a very solid breakfast (nothing...

Ok outside of being a block away from everything you want to see and eat the rooms were great and there is cool art all over the place. Super friendly staff and the breakfast was really good. Old world styled rooms but very well maintained. Try to get a room with a balcony!

We moved into hotel since we had to leave another unbearable hotel and this was the only available choice. We had to stay in an apartment which is outside the main building, which can be reached by two flights of steep stairs with no lift. The apartment is fully furnished although the furniture is very disputable. For the price requested...

Dear Mr Giovanni N, Thanks for finding the time to write a review of our Hotel and for your suggestions. They help us to improve the quality of our service. Being very high season and a last minute reservation, that day the only room available was the apartment. To avoid any complaint, on our website (and where is possible in...

We booked two nights in the hotel and traveling with two children and three adults we were offered a family apartment outside the hotel. We paid for two nights and left after one night. I could do not bear the poor quality of the accommodation. Here are the facts: 1. The apartment smelled moldy and you could see a wet...

Instead of leaving one day in advance without saying anything about your dissatisfaction, you would have talked to me. My task is to listen and welcome our Guests in the best way we can. We stayed at Palazzo Guiscardo for some days beginning of September. It is ideally located as you could park your car right outside (they have a special parking agreement with the comune) and is just 2 walking minutes away from the closed to car traffic historical center. Rooms and were spacious and comfortable, with the marble bathrooms being very ample...

Stayed here for 4 nights. This very little hotel is about 2 min walk from the centre of Pietrasanta. Very friendly reception. Good and clean room. Very interesting decoration. Love this place. The breakfast was superb but not enough seats on a weekend. During the week it was ok. The staff very friendly and always willing to help.

There is also an amazing art collection on display in the hotel which is available to purchase.
