We stayed one night at this palazzo hotel in the center of the old town of Pietrasanta. We booked through SLH and were given an upgrade upon arrival. Our room and bathroom were spacious, well appointed and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Arriving at the hotel took a bit of driving around as it is located in a pedestrian area. I was assured by the hotel that I could pull up in front when I arrived. You can do this by taking the Vicolo Lavatoi on the side of the hotel (there is sign indicating that this is an “area pedonale” but there is a tiny sign underneath that says hotel guests may proceed) and turning left onto Via Garibaldi. The hotel offers parking for 30 euros a night, but there is a free parking lot directly in front of the Carabinieri station and within easy walking distance (after you have dropped off your bags). The old town center has many nice shops and restaurants.…
Extremely helpful staff, lovely garden, great room(206). This is a charming little town, close enough to the coast for an easy day at the beach, which the concierge arranged, or a trip to Luca or other pretty town. We have been pleasantly delighted at every turn. Thanks!
We booked this beautiful hotel by chance and were enchanted by all the details (art, charming service, gorgeous rooms), the experience (modern art amidst old school walls; attentive staff, luxurious rooms and bathrooms) and the location (lovely town with great restaurants, bike to beach). I can highly recommend a stay at this great "Albergo". First with the staff, from Veronica at the front desk (a great help with booking beach clubs, restaurants and other recommendations), Mirco (who helped us into the parking garage, luggage, organizing our bikes) and Guiseppe (the maestro who made everything else happen from breakfast, drinks in the fabulous garden, a coffee in the morning, a tea in the afternoon) you are immediately made to feel at home. We had a room on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the garden, very quiet, spacious. Gorgeous bathrooms with marble from nearby mountains. Great wifi throughout the hotel for when we had to take work calls in our rooms, work in the garden or living room. The modern art placed throughout the hotel makes you happy. The town itself is charming with shops, restaurants and plenty art galleries. It is very easy to bike to the beach (hotel provides very comfortable bikes) and explore nearby Forte dei Marmi (which has great shops - all could have been coming straight from Madison Avenue or Worth Street) - just 6 kilometers away. Or drive to nearby Pisa or Florence or any great place in the country of Tuscany. A "home" away from home. …
This was our 2nd stay at Albergo Pietrasanta. The hotel is right in the heart of Pietrasanta and everything is easily walk-able. The staff provides amazing customer service, is friendly, helpful and always responsive. It's like going back in time for service but with every modern convenience.
Back at this amazing Hotel. Last I stayed at the wonderful and total luxury suite with balcony to the street. This time a normal classic room and was also perfect. The staff is professional and very nice at the same time. And everything so beautiful
The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated, both the rooms and common space. The staff was very helpful, providing quality recommendations and accommodation for our family. The hotel also has a nice breakfast spread in a small courtyard, which is quite nice. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Pietrasanta.
Albergo Pietrasanta is a gem that makes guests feel special and pampered permanently. From the reception warm welcome to the delicious breakfast to the wonderful art collection in the rooms, makes this hotel a must when coming to this wonderful artist town.
I loved Albergo Pietrasanta. I think it had the balance between having very comfortable rooms, beds, exquisite decoration and not feeling that it was too much. Breakfast area is so nice as well! If I had to add an 'but' it would be not having fresh orange juice in Italy! The rest was just spotless: amazing staff as well.
Great Hotel, on a great location. Friendly and High Quality Hotel. Good breakfats on a quite environament.Close to couple of good restaurants. Silent area and excellent sleep.Contact Hotel for accesing, as it is not easy to park.
It is possible to note that the hotel remains in a state of continuing development. Physical changes, employee performance, breakfast variety and housekeeping all continue in an uptrend. In general the services have become very responsive to guest needs.
