If you prefer to stay in Älmhult and avoid travelling from neighbouring cities, on the top to experience the atmosphere of Småland hotel from 70s then welcome in Haga. You can enjoy 😊 park just few minutes from hotel for jogging. The train station is 15 min walk, you could have good morning greeting from moose. Simple room and breakfast...

Stayed there for one night due to a business meeting in Almhult. The location is a bit off, but within 20 minutes footwalk you have access to the city. The rooms are vintage and the bed more or less average.

This is very basic lodging, but clean and breakfast is decent. The little service I saw was friendly and efficient. Did not try or take note if there was any internet available. There is a parking. An ok place to spend a night if no other options are available.

The rooms are extremely basic, clean but very old. There was a table calendar from 2001 in my room... There is a small kitchen to make your own food, but there is an old toilette in it?!?! I hope it is not functional...

Maybe in Sweden it can be considered a 3 star hotel but elsewhere it would be a 2 star hotel. The room is clean enough but really basic. The bathroom is small and when you shower you get water all over. The breakfast buffet is quite complete. You get enough to chose from (eggs, cold cuts juices, fruit, tomatos, cheese,...

Nice family owned hotel. As some other fellow reviewer mentioned, it does feels like a tavern in a village. Which is a good thing. Rooms tend to be a bit small but it feel more friendly than the IKEA hotel if you are staying for a longer period. All rooms are in the ground floor and some have really nice...

Almhult is the global HQ of IKEA and is a small village located in the southern part of Sweden. Needless to say, people who go there are either IKEA employees or suppliers & service providers to IKEA. Its truly an international atmosphere and dont be surprised to meet people of all nationalities on the streets. Which brings me to Haga...

This hotel is in a small village of Sweden called Almhult. Its occupied generally by people working either for IKEA or people of software companies also working for IKEA. The best thing on this hotel is that you have a kitchen here, where you can cook and eat your meals (if you have brought some stuff from home). This is...

“All rooms at Haga Park are on the ground floor with the haganas forest all around it so really all rooms are good. The double rooms are better as they are larger but beware all the beds are very compact. Most furniture and linens are from IKEA.”
