The staff are friendly and the hotel seems secure, but the rooms are worn down and suffer from a lack of ventilation (unless you are willing to open windows and let the mosquitoes in). Despite keeping my window closed, I noticed some mosquitoes in my room each time I have stayed. The carpets are dingy and stained and the rooms...

Staff have excellent service foods great wifi excellent the locals don't seem too flock much into the hotel as I could easily count the number of people gym and pool seem to be the main attraction compared to hotels in the area it seems to be a five star with twin elevators to take you to your room the scenery...

I have been staying in Mercia each time I visit Nakuru over the past 5 years since it is among our prequalified facilities. Let me start by saying the restaurant and the Oasis residents’ pub have not lost their touch. However, the front office and accommodation are getting worse with each stay. The carpet is old and stained. It appears...

The hotel is conveniently located at the CBD, perfect for business meetings and sundowner cocktails. The staff were friendly and professional. The food was good. The WiFi wasn't working. Good option .

The hotel was safe, clean and well organized. I enjoyed the pool and the restaurant as well. Everything was fine. I asked for a additional bedsidelamp and when I got to the room she was there. I needed a hairdryer and could borrow one at the desk.

Received poor reception. Checked in at 11..Waited for almost an hour to get a room..told the rooms weren't ready. The receptionists were also not friendly. Gave the requests for type of room we wanted and they were behaving like we were disturbing them. They need customer service and handling skills.

Three day business meeting, staff were helpful and responsive great team. Meals were good but lack creativity after two days you need a change. Meeting rooms need upgrading to modern level, they are rather dated. Lacks client parking and outdoor environment. The biggest drawback is internet service with limited support.

This hotel offers that classic feel at the heart of Nakuru. Rooms are clean, comfortable but lighting could be better. Delicious, varied buffet style meals and a bar well stocked with a wide selection of drinks.

The rooms here were not good. The mosquito nets were full of holes and were dingy, as were the rooms, The carpet is disgusting and the bathrooms are in serious need of re-finishing. But choices are limited in Nakuru. The hotel itself is decent--restaurant, bar, gym. Just don't plan on spending a lot of time in the room. The internet...

Was here for a whole week, first night couldn't sleep much as there was some loud music from the street. The rooms are pretty much okay, spacious and clean. The bathrooms are abit too old but clean...The food was amazing!! Friendly staff , but unlike other hotels where there are people waiting to serve you, service takes a bit too...
