Went in March and it was hard to sleep without A/C the first night, the second night I had it and slept very well. Comfortable beds, pretty clean bathrooms. It's across a street from the beach so nice if you're looking to get away from the craziness if there are any events (We we're there during Easter which was a...

Stayed here for two weeks as part of a surf holiday. Delicious breakfasts, friendly service and delicious drinks on the rooftop bar. We enjoyed a very spacious and comfortable room with a balcony on the second floor, the sea breeze and ceiling fan was more than sufficient to keep cool. Would highly recommend this hotel!

First, the hotel is located in Busua, stone throw distance from beach. A lot of travelers might not evaluate this property while traveling to Busua due to its misleading address. Second, its the Second Best Place to stay in Busua, but right on top in terms of Value for Money. The best being Busua beach resort which is around 3...

We had lunch at African Rainbow, but did not stay the night. Located within a short walk of probably every lodge/hotel in Busua, the African Rainbow is a large three story building with a wide patio in front where we dined. We ordered a veggie pizza, a chicken pizza and a plate of red-red & plantains – all quite tasty....

Still one of the best bets for Busua, reasonable prices and for Ghana a good standard beach resort hotel. Good AC's, comfortable beds, showers and a small balcony. The roof top bar is now refurbished and is a great place to chill out in the evening. A tradition of live music is trying to be resurrected for the roof bar...

This is a really nice, colourful and truly African place between luxury and adventure. If you are looking for a place to get into an adventure, and don't have much necessity for luxury, then it is the best place for you. All the basic amenities are available and the place is nice and clean although not a huge hotel like...

This is definitely the best place to stay on Busua Beach. The owners are absolutely charming, and the rooftop bar is the best in town. The rooms are fine (pretty good for Ghana), and the beds comfortable. The hot water and AC work. The restaurant is good, with delicious pizzas. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners, who are...

This is one of the most civilized hotels in the area, with running water/showers and (sometimes) a/c! We paid for a room with a/c but the power goes out often and they do not always turn on the generator in a timely manner. The rooftop "bar" was almost abandoned and the "bartender" had no idea what service was or how...

The rooms are good, so is the internetmachine and the pool table. And the staff is very friendly and helpfull. But the cock in the garden is disturbing is all night, and the dog spreads it's fleas around the place. The promised music on the roof was cancelled, and the kayaks are broken.

This is the sort of simple, family run place that I love. Don't come looking for luxury, but if you like locally run, comfortable, very clean places, with good food and a friendly face - and all just a stone's throw from a beautiful expanse of African beach - this is your place. Personally I much prefer this kind of...

“As covered in my text, I would recommend if you want some seclusion, try to request a room that is on either end of the complex, not in the middle. However, with the window design, you might hear noise regardless.”
