Very good hotel and nice location.all staff behaviour is very good. Service is very very nice. Mujhe is hotel me aakar bahut accha laga.sabhi staff or management bahut accha hai. I suggest ki sabhi ko ek baar yaha aakar ek experience lena chahiye.

The best hotel in Dhanbad. Hospitality is awesome. This is a zero complain hotel. Ritika was outstanding with her hospitality so was Sonal. Both of them add value to the hotel with their pleasant behaviour and willingness to help the guest. These two are for sure an asset to the hotel group. Over all very happy and strongly recommend every one to book this hotel blindly if you are visiting Dhanbad and planning to stay in a hotel. Thank you Ritika and Sonal for everything.

Very good ambience. Coordial behavior of the staff. Located at a place nearby to station, Collectorate office, CIMFER and DGMS. Flexible plan to choose. Taste of food is good. Corporate manager liasoning to make the stay, check in and check out hassle free. Deserves the overall highest rating.

Best hotel to stay in Dhanbad. Luxurious property and the perfect professional staffs The food was fresh and delicious in the Caramel Restaurant and the breakfast spread was good. Stayed in this property for the second time as located at a very convenient place and loved staying. Nice room, trained staff . I really appreciate their complementary railway station pickup and drop. Overall meets expectation at the given tariff.
