Visited this place with my family it is a lovely place surrounded with lush green beauty. Their rooms are also clean and their staff is quite friendly and the food is also good. we had booked the premium room package with the American plan their rooms were spacious and they also had a view to die for.
✨ We recently went to Revdanda, we have visited this beautiful forest resort at that time. The resort was a real beauty, it's spread across a very wide area which includes big lawns, good parking space and 40 rooms with premium and luxurious amenities, also they have a beautiful restaurant with most beautiful view and also a large swimming pool along with bar counter besides. ✨ We visited last weekend, we had booked their premium room package with an American plan which includes food and stay. Our stay room was really beautiful, it has an attached private swimming pool. ✨ The room was very spacious, both the bedrooms and living room were big and had a TV and also attached washrooms in both. The bedroom had a very beautiful view. I would have to say the rooms were maintained really well. ✨ We also visited a restaurant for breakfast there, it had a very beautiful view of the mountains. Also the interiors of the restaurant were nice and beautiful. ✨ Their club room was also nice. Had various indoor games. Also they have big swimming pool in the same building and beautiful bar counter and seating arrangements besides this pool. ✨ Overall our experience with this resort was very nice and perfect. I really loved their hospitality and staff behaviour, very nice in their service. ✨ I highly recommend visiting this resort for a stay, if you're coming to alibaug or revdanda. Silvanus Resort is the most beautiful resort in Revdanda, it has a huge area which includes premium and luxurious rooms along with restaurants, large swimming and a beautiful bar also. We recently had a weekend visit here, we had a beautiful time here. We were impressed with the service and their hospitality. Their food was also really nice. A must visit resort for groups or for couples also.
Visited with my friends - Nice resort, very nature touched aura, the private pool rooms are the highlight. Their staff too is polite & hospitabe, specially the manager Mr. Pankaj he was very nice & prompt to all our requirements we asked for. Surely one of the best place to stay when in alibaug

Such an clamming place to relax n chill best place for staycation away from the city life. The food was so delicious n yumiee and had so many options to choose from. My parents had a great time here surely getting them back here they loved this place so much.

I had booked their junior suite for 1 night (6th June 2022) via Agoda.com when I had visited Alibaug with my wife & mother-in-law. My experience was severely hampered due to inefficient service. I believe the staff is well-meaning but their service design is flawed. They are in a dire need to work on their service blueprint. They have issues at every touch point as follows: 1. Booking a room reservation: You can book them only through aggregator platforms. If you wish to have any interaction over the phone, they just do not answer the calls. I had several doubts that I wished to clear before reservation but I could not get a hold of them. 2. Check-in: Their check-in time of 2 PM is a bit too late, particularly considering that the check-out time is 11 AM. Once I arrived at the property, my wait in the lobby/reception area was minimal & the service was no-frills. No welcome drink, no ambience in lobby area, and a subtle lack of warmth in customer service. Their vehicle parking was quite a long way away from our room. I would have appreciated valet parking as I was terribly tired in the scorching afternoon heat. The person who showed us to the room should have ensured that we are briefed about the facilities in the room. But he dropped the luggage and ran away. 3. Room: The suite was decent. The bedroom felt crammed. The outside room had a slightly better look & feel. Both rooms had an AC & a fan. However, both the ACs seem to do a sorry job at cooling the very small room. Half hour into the room, I was still sweating! Moreover, the fan in the bedroom had an issue that it spinned quite slow at all speeds. The Wi-Fi was super-weak. 1 bar on my Wi-Fi was what I got at the most. 4. Service - When I encountered that the fan had a problem, I called reception. I was told a person will come straightaway to check. 5 mins later I call them again to tell them that there's a problem with the ACs as well. I was told to change the mode of the AC from dry to cool. I had already done that but was told that it was just a problem with mode and the service-person will help set the correct mode. I needed the wifi as there was no network in my room for either jio or airtel and I needed internet to plan my evening. 10 mins after the 1st call I call again to ask about the wifi details and why is it having a weak signal (ideally they should have told me the wifi details as part of the check-in process itself). Finally when around 20 mins had passed since the 1st call, I was irritated with the heat & sweat & I call again to ask why is there a delay, then I was told that the person has gone to bring a ladder and would come asap. The person finally comes. He fixes the fan, while in the process the dirt on top of the fan falls onto the bed. He does not bother to see to it that the maintenance staff cleans it. He checks the AC, cycles through the modes to again select cool, and leaves in a flurry without actually resolving the cooling problem with the bedroom AC and not even checking what's wrong with the other AC in the other room. I call the reception yet again to ask them to send someone to clean the dirt on the bed and to tell them that the person has not actually worked on the AC problem. That is when the overworked manager loses his cool and gives me an earful for being an impatient person for calling him 4 times in 10 mins. Fact was that I called him 4 times over 25 mins and each time I called, it was because I faced issues due to their inefficient work processes, their incompetence & their lack of evidencing of service processes. I had to now go to the reception to discuss cancellation. That is when the cleaning staff comes tothe room, sweeps the bedroom and leaves without cleaning the bed! I had had enough. I decided I need to leave this place. 5. Cancellation: I discussed my issues with the manager and requested a cancellation. He kept on insisting that there's nothing wrong with the ACs in my room. He explained that their property is not a resort but a forest retreat so we should expect some level of discomfort. He said it is because of the metal roofs that the room gets too hot and thus requires more time cooling. But it had already been at least 45 mins, yet there was no cooling. And if this is indeed the case with their rooms, they should have a process wherein they call their guests on the day of reservation, ask for their check-in time and make sure that the ACs of their intended rooms are turned on (with the correct mode) at least 30 mins before the guests check into their rooms. Additionally, give us a heads up that it might be hot for some time and it will take some time for cooling. As I insisted on cancellation, he offered to shift me to another room. But he said that it will need another 30-45 mins as the room needs to be readied. I had no guarantees that the other room will be any better and I was in no mood to deal with more disappointment. So I insisted on cancellation. He then told me that I have to initiate the cancellation on my own via Agoda and the property cannot initiate the cancellation. I spent the next 15 mins on the phone outside my room in the afternoon sun as there was no network in my room trying to talk with a customer care rep of Agoda. I explain to the rep my cause for cancellation. She says she needs to confirm with the property before she can process the cancellation and puts me on hold. While waiting I make the stupid mistake to go into my room to drink water. The call dropped. I spend another 10 mins to connect with the Agoda rep who finally tells me that they were unable to process the cancellation as the property denied my claims. I ask them to confirm again while I join the manager in person in the reception. She does, he reluctantly accepts the cancellation request in my presence, and my ordeal finally ended. Check-out: As I was no longer a paying guest, they provide no help with the checkout. I walk to the car parking, bring my car near the suite, get the luggage into the car and leave after handing over the room key to the manager. The one kind thing the manager does is that he doesn't charge me for a 200 ml water bottle that we had used. Rather than anything else, I believe the property is understaffed, the manager is overworked and their processes are not streamlined. They need a operations management consultant to review their system design in a more holistic manner keeping in mind all touch points in the user journey and incorporating more evidencing in the processes to reduce user anxiety.…
Had a terrible stay experience. Rooms were old, bathroom was not clean enough, there was no cleanliness around the room, swimming pool was not clean, called for room service many time and they came at 5 pm for cleaning, breakfast was terrible with very few items.
Yesterday i have visited Silvana resort it is located Alibaug It is new and amazing place.... The hotel room and swimming pool and personal villa also there and very fablouse house and environment was so amazing Gaming place and outstanding place and hygiene foods also there ... Restaurant bar also there... This place very speclist sea food are very famous and popular place.... Very funny movement and enjoy the place and room interior design was so luxurious and wonderful.... Guys try to make a visit one of the wounderful place.... All the facilities are there....
