Stayed at Radisson Blu Resort in Alibaug in May 2022. The property is spacious and allows you to enjoy your time at the property. The highlight of the property was the swimming pool and spa, the pool was attached to my room's patio that allowed to have great comfort to relaxation and maximised the room experience. Also there are enough locations availability of activities within the property for guests to relax and roam around Also enjoyed my time at the piano lounge, was complementing well with drinks and snacks. Spa was expensive but the massage experience was good and if it allows within budget, can be tried. It was nice to see complimentary customized tea/coffee preparation s and cakes/snacks during evenings and breakfast near the pool Out of the two restaurants in the resort, had tried Aparanta, which had better options for vegetarian and ala carte while Kokum & Spice seemed overpriced. Lastly, would like to call out special assistance and support from Gaurav and Manish from Lounge, Alay from Aparanta and Kaushik Adhikary from Housekeeping that really made my stay comfortable and pleasurable …

I went with my family for a 2 night stay for the new year celebration. This resort is our favourite place and whenever we visit to Alibaug we don't go for any other option. The overall property is very beautiful and one of the main reason to come back here again is the hospitality provided by the staff and overall management. Mr. Kaushik Adhikary is the best manager and he is always there to help me during our stay, right from the booking till the checkout process. He will ensure that you will have a good memorable stay and will always check with you on the hotel service been provided to you. The best part was that he had arranged a chocolate cake and welcome back decoration on the bed which was really very sweet of him. I had stayed in Spa deluxe room and it's very beautiful, spacious and peaceful. They have a spacious veranda at the entrance of the room. We will soon plan to visit again 😊…

It was awesome trip. Comfortable stay Enjoyed yoga session with Mr. Kalpesh vaidya .well instructed. Entire staff was warm and courteous. Samruddhi (GRE) Babita (GRE Manager) Manish (Bar tender) Vaishali (Aparanta) Shweta(learning to serve) One of the cleaning staff who helped in getting my stuff from the pool when informed. Dining staff was quite helpful Manager at cocum n spice acted swiftly when we left wallet at table also one of the female staff from the same restaurant was nice while we waited outside the restaurant. Housie manager was also great. Overall, excellent stay.

Radisson is a beautiful, well spread out property. Their hospitality, cleanliness and hospitality made for a wonderful, relaxing 2 day stay for my family. They were very accommodating to my request for a room by the pool and an earlier 12 noon check-in. My kids enjoyed the pool, their cycles, their lawns and the beautifully spread out property.
