Absolutely stunning guest house, amazing decor and grounds, matched by the service given by the owners, nothing was too much trouble. A totally 5 star property, will definitely be back if anywhere near the area.

There are only few places I have stayed at in the last few years that I would love to go back to, this is one of them. Everywhere was spotless, every room smelt lovely. At he gardens were well maintained with 9 acres to walk in and a glorious river frontage. My room (family suite) was warm, cosy and comfortable....

Beautiful setting, charming hosts, well-cooked and well-presented breakfasts, great attention to detail and extremely clean. We stayed 3 nights recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In good weather there are plenty of grounds to explore though due to rain we only went as far as the yurts. Lots of pretty chickens and a pair of peacocks. We would definitely stay...

Absolutely fantastic B&B. Beautiful location and an awesome nights sleep with a breakfast that tops all breakfast. Nothing is to much and Joseph & Martyn are awesome hosts. Close to all amenities and a fantastic break all round.

Everything about this guest house was excellent++. Welcomed by our hosts and shown to a beautiful room overlooking the garden and River Tamar. Everything in the room and genorous bathroom were of the best quality. Do bring house shoes/slippers with you.

We went to Launceston for a birthday celebration and chose Newmoor Park as it looked to be a B & B that was above the rest on offer and it certainly did not disappoint. I can only fully endorse all of the previous lovely comments made by everyone. Spent two days at the beautiful place and the best I have every stayed in. The room was so clean with an amazingly comfortable bed. Nothing was too much trouble for this lovely couple. We will be back. Thank you Guys!!

Only spent one night in room 2 which is a large and very well appointed room with en suite to die for. My vegetarian breakfast was excellent nothing seems too much trouble here. I can endorse all of the other good comments that have been made. It is very good value and is definitely a hotel I will be using...

We chose Newmoor Park because of it's excellent rating on booking .com.We were not disappointed. We were greeted with a warm welcome and excellent local advice for our evening meal. The double room was sumptuously decorated ,very comfortable and well supplied with tea/coffee facilities and bathroom toiletries. The breakfast was freshly prepared and superb and our hosts were very sensitive...
