So many distractions. So, no valley view. Only roadside parking. Due to poor patronage, no restaurant. Torn, dirty towels, pillow covers, dirty razai, booked for three days, ran out in one day (lost money). In all my stays, this is one of the most disappointing, since, the infrastructure is good. Deceived by the old photos. No exhaust fan in toilet, so always wet, right from the time we enter. Loose switches. Out of 5 lights, only 2 usable. The only best thing was, Mr. Azhagesan and his wife, they try to make up all the short comings by their hard work. over all Deeply disappointed.
Deluxe room was good and no other fesilities like came fire. Room was located near to all location except temple. Ask the office staff they will refer how to visit easier. happy trip and descent location....
The location was good..The service was excellent unlike the most reviews and i think they improved a lot now..Friendly staff..Homely atmosphere and the food tasted good..On the whole, worth the money paid..Best place that fits your budget yet u never feel on a budget.
Rooms are neat and clean. Food is home style, breakfast and dinner were available when we went in May month. Breakfast - Idly, Dosa and Pongal. Dinner - Chapathi, Dosa (they can buy non-veg from outside and provide if required). This is right near the Pagoda point Main road, so can be reached easily, not difficult drive like many resorts. Rooms have TV, Bed/Cot 2 chairs and a table. Bathroom has a geyser. A balcony with the hill view. Best thing for us they even allowed to use the common fridge and stove in the common kitchen for cooking for our kid (only for kid, we ate their food). Also allowed to keep Induction Stove which we carried along with us in the room :). As my kid has lot of food allergies this was very useful for us. We had a peaceful stay with our kid here. Highly recommended for Family with kid. As it is a residency you need to carry towels and soap, it was not there when we went.…
Excellent home cooking food.nice atmosphere.good rooms and well furnished.wifi hotspot available with high spead.bathrooms are smell free.clean bed and bed spread.safety and happy . Western toilet.tv with limited number of channels. A.c. rooms available
The hotel is located right on the main road, their parking space is very limited and it open to mistakes being made on the road. The rooms are average, and they only provided us with toiletries after multiple requests. The service team is a bit lack luster and needs the manager to be there to respond courteously. The manager was cool, he was helpful in providing details, though a lot of things need to be done to improve the staff overall.
I had seen the reviews online and then decided to book. I called up the hotel and they reserved a room after I transferred an advance amount. This was my first time to Yercaud and they helped me reach the hotel giving directions as it is located a bit far from the main town on the way to pagoda point. The room was neat and better than I expected. They serve food on the terrace or rooftop arrangement. The food is good but we have to tell in advance. Overall was a decent stay.
We were four people book two bedroom suite. The bathroom was not clean and room smell little bad. There is no view from the room, it was kind of dormitory. Also frogs were coming out of the bathroom drain. Not a good experience
Had mixed feelings and was skeptical whether to choose this hotel or not but then decided to go for it. It is situated at a very calm location maybe about a km from town. I chose the Deluxe Room and it was well furnished and had all basic amenities. Mr.Kannan was very helpful and made sure I had whatever I needed. The Food is home cooked and considerably cheap and of very good quality. Would recommend to travelers on a mid range budget but still expect some luxury.
This hotel is very good for stay as it has good scenic view. But the problem is it is away from the main town. When we visited, there is no cook available in the hotel, so there are no food facility. Every time if we need anything, we need to go to the town to purchase. Mr.Kannan at the reception was helpful to get the food items from town. It is not recommended to stay particularly if you are going with older people and kids. Even If we need milk at night, it will be difficult to get. If you prefer to stay in this hotel, make sure to confirm that cook is available. If cook is not available, I prefer not to stay in this hotel.
