Very good house keeping,the staffs are very friendly. The view is very beautiful

No Snaks in non veg was available. Only boneless, what i ordered was not eatable, it was rubbery. Staff were polite, but not trained on service, when they get dish no cutlery was not carried, need to ask for spoon fork etc., during breakfast no attention on table whether cutlery available, whether water glass is there etc, should ask for everything. I asked for hot water to drink, a boy brings boiling water full glass and there is no normal water on the table, one should know what temperature to give for drinking. I think you need to have a trained banquet person to train on Service and Housekeeping.

It is nice play to stay for couples … Nice service. There were two drawbacks we felt. 1. If you hire a driver for your travel, there isn’t a lodging provided for them, just restrooms are available. However, most of the vacation destination stays do provide a dorm facility for this.
2. Complementary breakfast was good, apart from this, their menu comes at the higher end.
Rest all went very well. Great kudos for the ambience, view, camp fire, and so on.

On the weekend of March 3rd, we visited Mango Hill for a weekend getaway. The property is beautiful and elegant, boasting an expansive area with over 50 rooms. Although it was scorching hot in Tamil Nadu at this time of year, Yercaud had sunny weather with refreshing breezes. However, we were disappointed to find that the pool was not clean and the water level was quite low, detracting from our enjoyment.
We also encountered language barriers with the service staff, who did not understand Hindi or English well. This may have contributed to some issues we experienced, such as subpar dinner service. Nevertheless, breakfast was quite good.
There were a few aspects of our stay that surprised us, such as the extra charges for room service and the strict check-out policy. While breakfast was served until 10 AM, we were informed that we would be charged extra if we bathed past the check-out time.
By the way, I have uploaded a photo of Chicken 65. Unfortunately, the quantity served was quite inadequate for the price charged.
Overall, I would say that Mango Hill is a lovely resort that provides a pleasant experience. However, there were some service-related shortcomings, particularly with the swimming pool.

The resort has a striking view and infrastructure, along with a calming and soulful ambience. We had a pleasant stay and the hotel staff were very hospitable. The locks in doors and windows can be improved as it questions safety. Also, the inhouse restaurant service can be improved in terms of cost and food taste.

Had a very good experience, food tasted good and service was also good. We stayed in a premium valley view room and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Buffet breakfast was included in our package which had South Indian breakfast and choice of eggs. Ala carte Menu for lunch/dinner was limited but taste, quantity and quality was good. Overall a great experience.

The most Excellent and relaxed stay I have ever experienced. This is fort turned resort, so must visit property for the historic souls. They maintained the authenticity of the fort and modernising to required level. The ambience in the rooms are to rave about. The food is a must mention, very delicious and finger licking food curated specially for you by the skilled chef is top notch. The service at the property is at the class, very friendly and attentive staff who makes your stay a memorable and worthy one. Also the property is very aesthetic and neatly maintained at the edges of the mountain. My kid loved the stay with the awesome play area and friendly staff around us. Definitely recommend this place if you're planning to visit yercaud for a relaxed and calming experience with the nature in a fort which reminessence the ancient times.............
