Visited grand signature on extended weekend. Booked the rock room with Jacuzzi. Below is my experience Pros 1. Rooms - room was nice and spacious nad very clean ...usually the acid test of any hotel for me is their bathrooms ...here it was clean with modern fitting. 5/5 2. Food - food was decent nothing earth shaking but not bad too .. it satisfies requirements 4/5 3. Service - good prompt service on most cases, staff was friendly and explained good places to visit 4/5 4. Amenities - swimming pool was the best personally since am short and mostly pools are too deep...this suited both my kids n self really well. Indoor games were okayish ...some games were not available due to renovations. Parking also was slight issue due to renovations but was managed well by staff 4/5 Cons 1. Room - the rock room was not working due to some issue in recycling of water. This was not informed earlier, IMO they should have reduced the tariff and informed earlier 2. Service - while overall service was good it lapsed on places...example we had the rock room which was one level below the stairs and calling bell was not working despite informing the bell boy and service guys none bothered about it ..this caused issues. Even room service sometimes took some time Overall and enjoyable stay ...would recommend this place and want to try other rooms. One of the few places where hot water means hot and the bathroom fittings are good working condition

The hotel is very comfortable, staff is very friendly and courteous. Food especially breakfast was excellent. Location is very close to Boat house, horticulture garden. Easily acceble to adenvture sports places for zipline,rope course bungee ejector etc. Place also has a small pool and indoor games area. A spa is also there inside the facility, parking was also no issues,lot of space.

Out trip was a sudden plan as we were travelling to chennai and when halted for lunch at Salem.. Saw a board... Yercaud welcomes... First checked for hotel.. Saw Grand Signature.. Looked good and economic so booked immediately... After reaching the hotel, I really surprised that hotel was really good and staff were so supportive. Much appreciated. Food was very good.. Little costly but quantity and quality was excellent,.Overall we enjoyed our stay..

I stayed in thus hotel for 3 days between March 26 and 28th, 2022 on a deluxe room. I must say that the stay was excellent and the staff was extremely courteous. The service was also very quick and every request was attended to very quickly. The manager Bellarmin was very polite and helped us with any query we had. Overall a wonderful experience and a very much recommended hotel from my side.

The stay was peaceful, no problems faced from check in till check out. Toiletries were provided & room was very clean & spacious as promised with hot water supply round the clock. We took the premium room in the top most floor, which was the best decision. It was given as an offer for the price of normal rooms when we booked the room directly, not via other online apps. We were even allowed late check out since it was a weekday I guess. Breakfast buffet was very extensive with various items/options. Totally it was worth the money paid. Only drawback was unclean swimming pool with very cold water, not ideal for the weather. There was some renovation happening in the rooftop restaurant & nobody else used the pool, which I guess is the reason for unclean swimming pool which is next to the renovation work.
